I have beta-tested software often.  I always hate that the programmer has this super computer but the product is marketed to a demographic that doesn't have money and won't have a current computer, let alone a powerful one.  It's not like the old music industry where the multi-million dollar studio has a $10 radio in it and a $50 car stereo to listen and test a mix...

Not really, i need the Quadro to do Autocad and Solidworks, thats what i do for a living, those cards help me make a good living and save time rendering.
My gaming box is just a toy, i make a good living, but im 59 years old and managed to do it for living in a tropical paradise while working at home.
I live in one of the top 5 most expensive places in the USA, i will retire at 62 and will likely buy a small farm in Kentucky.
