I just heard a strange noise near my window. Have no idea how to prove it was anything, so its definitely a bigfoot. And considering my just hearing a noise can be considered irrefutable proof of bigfoot, thats what it was.

Uncle Duke

bigfoot hater... why do hate Art Bell, Uncle Duke ...you must be a DaveBot

(smiley face using bellgab logic, crap)

*laughs*  I've been called much worse than that, but your point is well taken.  I suppose I should be worried about Jackstar leading a pitchfork toting mob to the Duke palatial estate.

Yeah and I can't disprove it, so yep, bigfoot.

Mind blown!

This is more convincing than the Bigfoot footage.

More Philip K. Dick than Orwell.
Speaking of PKD....
Any fans of the Man in the High Castle TV series?

Hate UFOs? No there is just no valid scientific proof that they are visiting Earth...
So until there is valid scientific proof I would have to say that UFO/Aliens visiting Earth is hokum.

I'm a skeptic too, but there is also statistics and it might be statistically probable that we have been visited. The most efficient method of exploring a galaxy, presuming faster than light travel is impossible, is through using self-replicating von Neumann probes. You can basically saturate an entire galaxy with monitor probes in just a few hundred thousand years. If you have a civilization that's a billion years older than humans, then it is eminently possible that they would have probes in all star systems of a galaxy. Statistically speaking, as long as there are other civilizations in the galaxy (which still an unknown), and so long as they are older than we are, it could be likely that they have some kind of presence in our solar system. Maybe even multiple presences.

Where I have a problem is if the aliens themselves are here. I don't see a reason why they would come when they could just send a robot.

If anyone needs a location with bigfoot sightings, hit up my backyard. I think theres one out there burying his dead right now. Maybe I should call in to the show.

That's so fake.  It's clearly front screen projection.

(okay, it's clearly not).

psycheinaboat

Pure thoughts?  Alpha state?  Are we attracting Big Foot or unicorns?

Of the novel, yes. I liked the pilot for what it was. Aren't the first 2 episodes up for viewing?

I totally agree, but it is the fact that people claim to "know" that we have been visited but provide very little good proof. Sure we may have been visited by probes, but your typical grey alien.... Yeah sure.

So, if you wanna bigfoot as a pet you better get their scent gland removed by the vet before they ruin your house.

Yes, it was surreal most definitely. But in some sense it almost seems like it maybe a commentary on the reality of Operation Paper clip and the Internment camps out west....
