I know. I quit the boards for a couple of years due to family issues. Last 7 years have been rough. All that is past now. I'm an older, wiser man now. I've retired from that other job and making better money now proofreading court documents. Work from home. I'm my own boss. Life's good again.

Why can Art just pick up the phone and almost be guaranteed an intelligent person when Dave screens them and still ends up with people lacking intelligence?

Granted, not every caller will be great- but the ratio is pretty high. People pay attention and think when they talk, generally.
