Bella-Haven is Live

I've been avoiding all this since things got bad but I would like to express some thoughts.

The last week of Bella got strange but it really sucks not having BH late at night to enjoy. I genuinely miss Nancy's and Rose's voice this evening. And I want to take a sharp pencil to my eardrums after more than a few minutes of RCH.

Things got negative and out of control at the end but I think you had a very good thing going Nancy. I hope you take some time to recharge your batteries and reignite your flair to do this. You clearly have a talent and passion for broadcasting. Don't let some losers with no life dictate what you do with your passions and life. You had some shows that were rough but you also had some shows that were spectacular. It takes people years to refine their talent and find formats that work for them. I think you may have wanted too much out of this project but when you were at your best, I think you rivaled any other podcast out there.

Also with all due respect, you're a grandmother who may not appreciate or understand internet trolling or culture. None of that stuff matters and it's only coming from really messed up people. I really think you let it effect you and the worse thing you can ever do is feed the trolls. They're just looking for attention and weakness. Acknowledging trolls or even discussing it only fuels it more. You'll notice Art and all public personalities never talk about how much they get fucked with on the internet because it is all really gross and utterly pointless. I say this because I listened to your tone and mood change rapidly as trolls got to you. I think 90% of the negativity would have gone away if the IRC chat was replaced with something more troll proof.

The level of criticism and negativity since Lasha quit directed at you Nancy is utterly jarring and unfair. I am guilty of criticizing the show in chat as well. But the important thing is people are listening and people are passionate for your ideas and creation.

I hope you take some time to enjoy life and I hope none of the negativity gets inside of you because none of it means anything or has merit. I hope you'll consider coming back at some point with maybe a Friday show or a hour long show or being a regular on another show.

But this is all just one angry guy's opinion.

Just normalizing the audio and preparing for transit to the data center. I have got to post a pic of that hallway with the automated lighting, like right out of the X-Files.

My mystery coffee tastes reminiscent of hazelnut. I'm not yet sure how I feel about that. Chocolate and Smores Pop Tarts are back on the diet since I need something in the morning and at least they taste good.

Loved last night's MitD. Hope we have Joe McMoneagle on again. I'm going to have to listen to the last section again as I experienced a bit too much dodging and weaving in the traffic. Which is why I never complained about three files, made it easy to get to the last segment

All topics I'm curious about. Still tired of silver cords when astral.... not everyone has one, but that is heavily influenced by belief. If you think there is anything to the idea  that what you believe influences your life, in the astral, belief is paramount.

I'm still skeptical about remote viewing... 30% success rate. However, one could improve over time. As far as OBE is concerned, at worst it is all in your mind.

Yes it was. I have heard 1 or 2 remote viewers on Ground Zero but Art just has that "way" about him. did that make sense?

i wish nancy could find a time like a saturday or something to do a once a week recap of MITD . perhaps spend 15-30 minutes per show recap and take calls after. spend maybe 2-3 hours on it once per week. preferably not in the middle ofthe night , perhaps before the new football show eddie and curtis dreamed up. i personally dont like football and would rather listen to art bell, or pretty much anything other than tv or noory.

I enjoy coming for coffee in the morning. To be honest, I usually listen the the MITD archive first thing in the morning, but I wasn't certain it would be ok to post in Bella-Haven about the last night's MITD show while I was listening.  After that I listen to Serenitys stream.  I was out early this morning, and I saw Serenity was off to work I think he said.  But I am here now

That's a really good idea, wr250; Nancy should consider it.  The show could even be "loosely based" on MitD, to allow for maximum creative elbow room.
