Correct.  However, the final few scenes make it still worthy.  Still, it had a chance to be an all-time classic, but came up short.  But that said, still very worth checking out imho.

It was fuckin LONG!, not his best work, but Sam Jackson getting shot in the nuts was kinda cool, sorry for the spoiler
Jackson had a great performance, but i really didn't care for the flick, and im a big Tarantino fan.
