He needs shows like he did from the start until late October of last year.  The halcyon days. trust me.

he needs a proper schedule with weekly image panels and arfology sessions. his schedule is always wide open and show details are posted at the last minute. more planning goes into setting up a booth at the flea market. there is too much emphasis on guests but not enough substance half of the time, and it is the same with MITD.

RCH has grown so comfortable with winging it as he goes, he now habitually goes to repeat every week and a half. sometimes twice a week like his final couple weeks on DMDN.

he needs shows like he was doing 2-3 months into OSOM when he first started finding his groove.

Bingo !  That would improve the show ten-fold.

A backup host like akwilly mentioned wouldn't be a bad idea either (not Robin).
I don't think Hoagy realizes his show has potential to take off if he keeps away from poitics - which can be heard anywhere - and keeps bringing on the crazy. That's what makes the show entertaining.

Hahahaha!  If you're talking about ringing the phone....well....I'm guilty.  However many people are.  Wasn't just one.  It became tired of course.

exactly. He needs to treat the show and his listeners with more respect. I don't expect award winning broadcasting and I sure as hell don't want politics unless it leads to crazy ass stuff. Norry is not great at his job but I don't remember ever hearing a replay of c2c. Norry also has guest host so he can take off when he wants. Heather, I don't think, has gone to a replay yet.

apparently a couple of her guests recently have bailed before their allotted according to posts in that thread last week. i don't know if that's true or not.
