Where do you get them? Farmers markets?
I have NEVER seen them for sale in the US, then again i dont cook much.

Local farms.  The closest one to me is about 20 miles away.  There are a few others that I know about.  They don't typically distribute.  You have to go there and buy them.  One of my recent employers set up an account to have them delivered (along with the chicken eggs we normally get) and they didn't sell.  It's there if ya want it, but doesn't work in retail.

Goose eggs are very richly flavored. Very. As goose meat is to chicken, goose eggs are to chicken eggs. They are richer, fattier, heavier, and more deeply colored. They just taste more eggy. Part of this is because they're from a different and larger animal, and part of it is that geese are almost exclusively raised on pasture, meaning they hunt and peck for much of their food, which results in a rich and varied diet that then causes deeply colored and flavored yolks.

LOL!  Yeah...the raw milk thing.  I've been privy to such transactions.  the eggs though...they are fine.  Just gotta handle them properly.  Don't wash them, etc.  If you do they won't keep long.  I was involved with organics and natural foods for over 8 years.  I learned a lot.

Yeah.  I agree.  Those you mentioned are more dramas than anything.  I did find some humor in Waiting for God.  Are You Being Served is still aces to me.

Now that you mention what's playing "atm"....my list doesn't match up.  So I guess local PBS stations really go on donations and pledges for what they show. 

I have Father Brown and some other shit I can't recall.

Wasn't a novelty for me my brother.  I kicked one of those fuckers because it was at my feet and a group of them were getting near us at one of the open air bars.  I was chastised for it.     Quite frankly I don't want dirty chickens around me.
