Perhaps he thinks he's going to get an opportunity to go head-to-head with him soon?  ::)

He probably reached out to Snoory when he saw the troubles at DMDN. I guess he got his answer. ;)

some people are fixated about their exes lol

My ex was around longer than Hoagland was associated with George, and doesn't stalk me this much.

maybe not but i could see it happening...

We can only hope.  As long as there's a C2C live thread somewhere on here, that is.

STILL can't decide whether this music is more reminiscent of Wizard of Oz or Peter Pan.  Either way, it's unsettling.  Like playing kickball with kids, I daresay ;)

trostol

alright all you fine folks..good night and good braapening to you

good night Sandra :P

Possibly....I just think Hoagie was 'outed' and even though they milked him for his experience, there is no need.  Hoagie knows he had (has?) something good with his show.  He'll latch on to somebody.  However, I could see a forgiving lovefest on C2C.

When I was a youngster, one of my favorite things during the holiday season, was a big slice of my great great Aunt Effie's pound cake.
It's a very old recipe. Aunt Effie died in the Spring of 1962 and I think she was 95 or 96. So, she would have been born in either 1866 or 1867. This recipe probably goes back to HER childhood.
Here's the recipe. Enjoy!
Ingredients -
1 pound butter
1 1/4 pounds sugar (that's 2 cups + about a-half cup)
1 dozen eggs (separated)
1 1/4 pounds flour (5 cups)
About 1/2 tablespoon nutmeg
Directions -
Cream butter & sugar
Beat yolks & whites separately
Add yolks to creamed butter & sugar, beat until well blended
Add whites and beat until well blended
Add nutmeg & flour and beat until well blended
Pour batter into a in greased and paper-lined tube pan & bake at 300° oven for 1 3/4 hours and then at 350° until cake browns & cracks on top
(Check for doneness with cake tester or straw)
(If too brown on top, cover with foil)
Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes before removing cake from pan.
