There is nothing sexier than a woman that knows who she is, and is self-confident - not cocky, or with a 'the world owes me' attitude -  but self confident, and self assured in who she is.
The Scottish, and Irish women are excellent examples of fiery self-confidence. Demure self-confidence is sexy too.
It's mainly about knowing whom you are, and to hell with anyone that wants to change you to suit their world-view. A woman that holds her own, with dignity, is a treasure, not to be taken lightly.
