Dog teleports on Chilean Highway

Who knows.. The video looks the same as a slow streaming video where it takes a couple seconds to synch the entire image up.  The dog is there but the camera is too slow to focus and update that part of the image until the dog is half way across the street, or there was some post processing to blur that part of the image.  The car is blurred and difficult to see when it passes that point too.  Pretty much just a bad pixellated video all around filled with artifacts.  That's what it looks like to me.

Yeah, it's hard to analyze with all the artifacting, but this could totally be a depth of field issue.

Also, a somewhat good editor could totally fake this. There's really nothing that proves continuity. Yes, the camera is moving. But I've seen harder shots composited.
