If this has already been brought up, forgive me but FOAMS OF SALIVA run down his jaw at the chance to have his minions bombard a guest's website with traffic and make it unavailable until he (and he alone!) calls off his troops.

Actually - this one thing you can't really blame on Noory -  C2C hosts - including, and i think BEGINNING with Art - have long reveled in their ability to bring down a guests website.  It shows how big an audience they have. The thing is- Art never had to try - he'd just ask a guest if he website ws up - and when the guest said "yes" he'd reply something like "Well, it won't be for long."
