Shocking considering the outstanding way he handled hurricane Katrina in a controlled organized fashion. The way he went on the radio in the middle of the chaos and screamed and yelled and blamed everyone but himself was inspiring and some say laid the groundwork for another worthless blame everyone else politician to become president. Its always been funny to compare Nagin's (a typical helpless Democrat) response to Katrina with Juliani's (a typical no bs gets the job done Republican) handling of 911. 1 event was totally unforeseeable, the other was totally inevitable.

Nagin can't be all to blame though, New Orleans only knew a hurricane would happen since forever. You really can't blame a politician for a natural disaster. Well accept for Bush.
