Okay, I wasn't going to say it as it's still technically classified: The Obama 'children' are really incredibly intricate bio/mechanical representations of real children. So advanced, they are indistinguishable from real human children.

Some say that they're powered by real food, others by lithium ion batteries mounted in their knees. I only know the sketchy details as I was only involved on the fringes of project 'mannequin'. It was done in the UK, in the confines of a disused airbase away from prying eyes in the mid to late 90's. The Uk was chosen because it had access to the best brains in the business and none of them accidentally shooting their creation.
