I have tons of old photos and you'll see, depending on the processing, margins  on the photos, defects, etc. Why no slides, they were popular at the time? Where are the negatives? Instead of processed, cropped, digital photos? I'm sure these are real (no one ever said that babies can't be adopted) and even a homosexual can have a child (naturally or otherwise) but it is odd that the Obama adherents present these obviously manipulated photos as "proof". Even his illegal alien "dreamers" currently walking across our open border have better documentation (not that we check it.)

I have no problem with other cultures/races. I love to travel and have lived in other countries for decades. That is a big gripe about policies like Obama's open-borders and globalization, is that cultures, languages, etc are being destroyed. All cultures should be supported and allowed to exist....including Western European based ones. Immigration is fine when it is a gain for all parties involved. But not simply for the spread of disease or crime because it will help the decline of the country.

I never said the motive of the "copious running noses" children's motivation was to take down the country. But likely the motivation of those who encourage the open-border policy is to do so. Remember he promised "fundamentally transform" the country in addition to his other mantras and empty promises.

As regarding homosexuality and security risks (due to blackmail) I will reference a good paper by Gregory B. Lewis from Georgia State as an easy history. This is why DADT and being closeted is a bad thing security wise. Interestingly it is, sort of, a self-fulling prophecy. The government (up to the early 90's really) said "homosexuals are a risk" and so wouldn't give clearances (or even hire) to homosexuals and so homosexuals had more motivation to "hide it" and then become actually security risks! I think any homosexuals in government should come out, even if they are the President, to avoid this problem.

All the NSA, and other surveillance state stuff, has been going on for quite a long time. Only now technology and costs have reached a point that it is much, much better, easier, and so used more often and in more arenas. Of course, Obama could stop it if he wanted too instead of ramping it up. Remember he used to be about "change?"

That could be true, as I mentioned before, I don't buy the tranny theory (or the middle linebacker stuff) but Obama wouldn't be the first public personality who has a wife, and even children, but is bi or homosexual. But you could be right and all the rumors, odd photos, body-men, etc are false and he is just a normal guy with a wife and children. The only issue I would have if all the rumors are true is the security risk potential. Homosexuals, or whatever, if consenting and adults, can do whatever they wish but should be publicly "out" if they hold a public or military office. Assuming he is just a normal guy with a wife and children doesn't mean his policies, motivations, and background shouldn't be questioned or that his policies and motivations are for the benefit of the country and can't be questioned or criticized.

The weird thing, to me, is I keep hearing these stories about bedbugs and, oddly, they seem to be in actually nicer hotels?! So far I haven't heard any stories of them down here (closer to the open-border) but always about fancy hotels in NYC. We have other, worse, diseases but- so far- not the bedbug epidemic.

And I agree about the children. Which is why the open-border and "dreamer" policy is really awful and very cynical. It encourages this flood and the children that do make it to the USA (many are killed, kidnapped, prostituted on the way here) are often ill and scared. We should take care of them but not citizenship but like anyone would help someone in trouble (rescued at sea, an accident, etc.) And then return them to country of origin. (Or if private citizens wish to help they could legally adopt them.) But we have enough domestic problems to take on more problems. Sad as that is.

As for the web and really good (or at least better) internet communications even via live video. It should be used more often. I always laugh how these "warming" alarmists fly their huge private jets to attend conferences against the "warming." When, if they really cared, they would do it by video conference. We also need to invest more thinking and encouragement in "working from home" and working all hours. Like the old factories did but for "service" or "professional" jobs. It would cut down traffic and, I guess, could be weird (at first at least) but with modern, cheap LED lighting etc what would happen if you could have a whole city half working at night and half during day. More productivity and less traffic, perhaps?

I hear you on that. That is why we have a federal system with strong local and state control, at least originally as intended.

By the same token I don't want to live in some high-tax, high regulatory police state socialist "utopia" of fundamental change.  So why not let "democracy" work and devolve power more to the States? I'm not saying secession but simply returning to more democratic, local control. People already naturally self-segregate (as we see in the polls etc) so why force top-down DC based schemes on everyone for every single little (or big) issue? If Obama wants illegals let him take them to DC and enroll the infected at Sidwell Friends. If Montana wants low taxes, let them. If Texas wants a secure border and guns, let them. If California wants to do whatever and legalize drugs, let them. This would also help encourage more local spending (and savings) and less foreign adventurism and wars as our military should be back to their basic charter which is DEFENDING the country. We secure (or try) borders all over the world. Use them to secure our borders and then let the States and local communities have more control over their laws, lifestyle, way of life.
