Interesting, but no actual pictures of it.  Wouldn't surprise me if this were real though, there are so many other sunken civilizations around the world.

Athens I take it in Greece, not GA? But even then ,why would Atlantis be off the coast of Portugal/ North Africa in the Azores? Damn geography.

The first surviving reference we have to Atlantis is found in Plato.

Didn't he describe it to be a continental sized island in the mid-Atlantic Ocean out past the entrance to the Mediterranean Sea?   (which means it' probably not a pyramid or two in the Azores either - too small).

It almost sounds like he was describing the Americas, except they weren't going to attack Greece or Europe that we know of, and it didn't fall into the sea.  At least all of it didn't.

They have found many sites like this around the world. Extremely fascinating, but I don't understand why every time one is found, they claim it could be Atlantis.  :
