my cousin is a federal Marshall and after discussing Falkie at our family Christmas dinner called me two days later and laughing hysterically told me Falkie has a four page dossier in the data base.
he is listed as PMI (probable mental illness) and UEC (use extreme caution when interacting with)
what would think reading this after getting a phone call from Falkie ?

The original Nintendo gaming unit was delivered. It has been fraudulently reported as stolen so it can be returned for cash. Our investigators have also learned this cash is being used to pay rent for Kathy.

For those not accustomed to the criminal mind, scams and frauds are not easily seen.

Here is the, "Guarantee Scam" that was perpetrated:

1. Item is ordered and delivered
2. The item is then reported as being not delivered, probably "stolen" before it could be retrieved from the porch, door, etc
3. A replacement is sent out.
4. Now, the perpetrator has 2 units in hand. One for their possession, and one to be sold.
