So sorry to see your post fail right at the outset.

The truth is probably more like, he makes the videos for himself. What else, at this point, does he have to look forward to every day?  What other reason, than besides making his videos, could he come up with, to justify goint out to stores, and buying toys to show on his videos?  Ultimately, what other reason does he have to beg for money, than to believe, himself, that seeing what new props he was able to find and buy, what food he bought, and what news articles he read on the internet, is of importance, to the point that others would pay for the educational experience, of watching his videos?

Personally, I think if George can come to the understanding that anything he purchases for making videos, is for entertainment purposes only, and that making videos will never be a professional career for him, he might save a LOT of money, that he would have otherwise spent on tech and props.

A green screen and a professional camera will bring his videos to the next level and will really pop.  I'm sure his views may even increase by an order of magnitude from the ones and tens to tens and maybe a hundred.

I was unable to be involved in the show because my kids go to bed at that time, and as much as George needs my support, my kids are more important to me than him.   I know he understands.  The circle has not abandoned the man in one of his darkest hours!

Honestly Drone, I think it's one of his most enlightening hours.  He needed to know the value others place on his videos, he conducted an experiment, and now he has found out.  Unfortunately, he might remain in denial forever.

Apparently when he was a child, he immersed himself in TV and this became his reality.  So he has a formidable level of knowledge and interest in 1960's era television.  He could easily create and maintain a niche environment for TV shows of that era, a discussion board anchoring it with him chiming in to answer trivia.

I have suggested this to him several times.  There are some problems with the idea, the elephant in the foreground being Senda's narcissism.  The discussion MUST be about him, whatever the topic.  The paranormal suits him better because he can talk about his fabricated experiences and people ooo and ahh about them.  The payback on a thread about "Ironside" where he answers some trivia would not be nearly as satisfying, so he rejects the idea.

I suggested the same thing as well as a few other subjects he is good at.

But he does not make them because he likes to do it nor for the art of it, and it shows.
His only reason to do them is to make money, that is it. He even said that he will not ever do the baby Falkie voice because it did not make money.

The people that do it because they love it end up doing well. I mentioned him several times but he is a huge success. He started in July talking about Pokemon Go and every single day he has created a video. Even if you do not care for the game his videos are beautiful as he shoots interesting areas. He is well over 500,000 subscribers and it is his full time job. He was offered commercials in the middle of his videos but turned down the money because he felt it hurt the art.
Nick creats art and it shows, Senda just wants to make product and it shows. Art will always sell better than product on something like YouTube.

Indeed so; his cast iron proven business model is an example of how, if you just hold back enough, the masses will be begging for more. The late, very great Terry Wogan and Alan Dedicoat his newsreader used to get in at 3am, rehearse, rehearse but pull back when they went live at 7am.*

That way they ensured 8 million plus listeners everyday. Senda could get similar listener figures if he just didn't give his all in his professional broadcasts.

*The reality is Wogan would often enter the studio and sit down at the mic as the news was being read by Alan at 7am, but was so cool, no-one would have guessed.

I believe his success could also be attributed to Alan being "Voice of the Balls."  If Falkie would just get a "Voice of the Balls" of his own, his rise would be meteoric.

One day, I hope he realizes, that the Musings of Falkie thread, is what gives value to his videos.  It's a place where people can come and chat with each other about the absurdity of the content of the videos themselves.  Without this thread, the videos themselves, have no value to anyone other than himself IMO.

He put the lack of CoT participants (all one of it), down to them 'being too busy', and choosing to have a life, rather than pay him the attention he believes he deserves.
