In general if someone who whats help for example help with cat food and for money, but you say that you will send Cat food and they said no I want money that is 99.9% a con. unless he needs money for Kat(hy) food. then thats a different story.

Here's a clue:  raccoons like canned cat food just as much as cats do.  And so do the skunks and opossums.  Putting canned cat food out for the ferals and going inside does nothing to keep the raccoons from getting it.

All Falkie has to do is put out the dry cat food, stand nearby while the cats eat it, and shoo the raccoons off.  Which is probably what he's been doing anyway.
