In a way he has one in YouTube. He has complete control of what is posted on his channel and he gets some handouts there.

Agree with this.  Senda has been seeking a protected environment for years now, one where he can rant and rave without any constraints and collect handouts without being labeled a beggar.  The blog seemed heaven sent, yet no one read it.  Same for his "forum."  But he has Youtube and Noory's monthly minute.  So long as he has some audience, and the gravy train keeps chugging along, and he has someone to rant about (Bellgab haters), he's good.

On that last item: Senda does need someone to fulfill the role of villain in his life, because he defines himself through his lies and he seems to feel the need to swat away any nagging sense of who he is in reality.  Anger gives one a false sense of entitlement.  He needs his mother or Internet trolls or Bellgab haters to rail against so that he can also affirm to himself what he is not.  And, somewhat remarkably, he uses the criticism to hone his stories.  As you know, when truth becomes an inconvenience, he simply edits his fairy tales to account for it.

I still can't get over the news that he got fired for spanking it at his workplace.  Fifteen years of knowing Senda and still I never saw that one coming.  And he told us about it himself.  Hole-eee Jesus.

That is not a story and lacks cause and effect, I would not accept it.

I would also reject a story like this:
I was eating a ham sandwich and I dropped it behind my desk. It was too dark to see and the desk was too heavy so the sandwich attracted ants.

In that case he blames both the darkness and the desk on the ants.
He could have gotten illumination and made the desk lighter by removing drawers.

To be eligible for the $20 he would need to explain that he got ants because he dropped the ham sandwich and he for whatever reason chose not to retrieve it. It has to be all his fault.

I think he would do exactly as you say, implicitly blame it on other factors but believe in his mind that he admitted it was his fault.

I've long thought (seated smugly in my armchair)  that Senda suffers from some form of narcissitic personality disorder.  Forgetting Senda for a moment, do you think people with that affliction have control over their actions?  Asking for an estranged relative.

DPS, I strongly recommend that you read the book "The Sociopath Next Door". It's excellent and written by a psychiatrist for the laymen. After reading that book, many of your questions will be answered.
Sadly both my Grandmother and my ex-wife are narcissistic sociopaths. They have no empathy for anyone but themselves--they can act but don't feel it. Using Falkie as an example, notice his statement "if Kathy dies I guess I'll be sad" -- this is his girlfriend of decades !!! Also people with this disorder are never are at fault for anything--it is always someone else's fault.
If they ever say or do something rotten when the backlash inevitably comes, they will immediately turn it around and make themselves the victim !!
They also have grandiose ideas of themselves--see Falkie being a computer whiz, Jr doctor, ad naseum BS stories yet in reality he never earned much over minimum wage and never earned a college degree.

Sadly narcissistic sociopaths at their core are toxic negative people and they almost always end up all alone having driven anyone who ever cared about them away with their BS.
I enjoy ragging on Falkie but I do admit at times that I do feel sorry for him because he is 300+ pounds, all alone in a hoarder's hovel with no friends and family and little money or hope for the future. I wouldn't wish Falkie's situation on my worst enemy but just when I have a sliver of feeling bad for him, he pulls a "Falkie" and that feeling vanishes like a puff of smoke.
