I just got disconnected from the phone call. They keep dropping calls.
On the 31st I go to either TMobile or AT & T and will refuse to pay Verizon another dime. I changed my number yesterday so as to not get calls from a company that keeps calling me 18 times a day because they want me to pay a bill in one of their stores and I have NO way to get there, and it hadn't been 24 hours when they called my NEW number which I'd not given out except to my bank, my insurance agent, my gf and my long standing friend Paul.

My first records were Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller and the Sons of the Pioneers, Jackie Gleason, and German music, 3 Penny Opera and a bunch of Steve Allen recordings and a lot of Kingston Trio, Harry Belefonte and others. Got hand me downs from relatives. My sister has all her rock 45s still stored away from the early days of rock. She is 12 years older than I and listened to Elvis, Buddy Holly, the Big Bopper and the like. ( Never was sure who the big bopper was exactly). She wore poodle skirts and played her records for hours on her floor phonograph.

I've heard enough structureless Jazz on Kjaz including the incredibly awful space music from Japan they used to play late nights on the weekend in the early 1990s. It made me so thankful for Art Bell once I found him.

Yes. Despite what some on here think, I am not just doing it to self promote myself.
I still feel queasy every time I post a video wondering if people will like them or will I get flame comments ( as I do from time to time  and some of them are very mean.).
I'm having fun other than wanting to get known and make some extra money. I post the Noory stuff to show those who have realized what a truly bad broadcaster he really is and give them the opportunity to find something better like old AB briodcasts or  some of the fine podcasters out there like Bateman or Eddie or MV.
I've been a talk show fan all my life and I know what a good broadcaster sounds like, and Noory will NEVER be good.
If I were 30 years younger, I'd probably go all out to promote myself, but age and the physical problems limit me from doing things at times.

I would love to do them too. Once I figure out how to get videos put on my Imac and have them properly upload to YouTunes, I may just do that. If Skype worked right, I'd be seeing about doing that today.
I am feeling better, though still coughing and will try to do my first podcast tonight once I go and get something I need for chicken soup. The water coming out my of my kitchen tap is all cloudy for some reason and makes water taste horrible. So need to go out and get bottled water for the soup. If I ever had a decent sized kitchen I'd make soup for everyone. I make good chicken soup and spaghetti. Only two recipes I know except for my chicken in wine with mushrooms, butter and lemon which I'd have to make elsewhere. My oven here cooks too hot and the chicken dish needs to be cooked for a long time until the chicken falls off the bones and the wine infuses the chicken. My gf has been asking me to make it for a long time.
And I didn't think of Noory once yesterday. It was football day and I sit and watch football all day. Come 10 PM I did think of turning on the radio and wondered if Knapp is well or not. But was watching a program about the last regular NFL game at the 'Stick tonight & how the SFPD has orders to arrest anyone who wants to swipe a souvenier of a stadium that's going to be demolished, which is ridiculous. Probably the most hated stadium for baseball in the country next to the Oakland Coliseum and they want to arrest people for taking a piece of the place. Better they hand out sledgehammers to every attendee who's sober after the game and let them whack away at the place.
I do wonder what they could possibly build on the site given the place's well known winds, though they have built new office buildings and condos on the other side of the hill at the freeway exit to Candlestick Point.
And for the poster who THINKS he posts in MY style, which is not nor ever has been addled by either booze or drugs, but which has been affected by a sinus headache for the last week, I have a brand new printer WITH a scanner. Got it two months ago and I use it to scan documents, letters and business cards in order to reduce some of the paper clutter. Then I toss the originals.
Not comic books.
Only own 1 comic book.
An issue of Superman where the new Krypto, seeing his master being beaten by Atlas ( I think ) proceeds to kick Atlas's butt and knock him unconscious.
I've always liked Krypto and of course, Streaky the Super Cat. My gf has a plush of Comet the Super Horse by DC Direct in its original box. We've looked all over for a Streaky but can't find one. And NOT the lame Krypto and Streaky in the recent cartoons, either. The original one.

I took enough abuse growing up. I'm not going to put up with it as an adult or in here or on this forum.

A man can only take so much of being made to look like a complete and abject fool, of which I am not.
I will continue to post videos online and work to create a pod/videocast.

No, he wasn't right. The irony is supreme! JK Rowling literally had next to nothing, she and her children lived/ existed in a freezing cold flat and she did the thing she knew best, write. She did the stories for her children to begin with and it went from there.
