This was interesting Coleman 10 x 10 Instant Sun Shelter. He "found" a brand new easy popup recently and showed it to Abe on a live show. Falkie was not sure of what he "found" but a similar item had been on his wish list.

I like the back and forth on sendas review of a product he never ordered or used.

In his review for Fate is the Hunter (1964) he says he was paralyzed in a car accident but was able to recover. That is one I had never heard before.

George put $2 in the bank, he had to tell us.

He has all the symptoms of a very serious health problem, it would be a terrible shame to lose him, such a darling human being but like a horse with a broken leg, well...you know what has to be done.

RS and Digital Pig are there any classic RB site stories about George?

MagnificentBastard and I were RB users way back in 1997, not long after it was formed and before there were registered handles.  His username at the time was SnowboardCA.  He blew in to the board one day like a meth-fueled hurricane and instantly alienated just about everyone.  I wrote a fairly eloquent defence of his posts, anchored in the entertainment value, and an appeal for the others to view him like a Don Rickles.  Thereafter we were good friends.

You remember his history.  He minced no words with anyone, and was just as cutting with the towel boys and the whole hooker worship culture as he was with Senda ("SF Redbook: where nothing is sacred, except the cows").  Several people there genuinely wished him bodily harm.  He was very careful about whom he met in person, even with me.  Though eventually such a meetup made sense.  In 2005 I arranged a meeting at a resto-bar with him.  Fountainhead and another poster of multiple handles (LaughingGiraffe was one, CrowOfEvil another) crashed the party and the three of us met him one night.

Fountainhead was both in awe and terrified of him.  FH went off to the bathroom to take a leak, and when MB wandered in a few moments later, FH interrupted his piss to scoot out of there.  He sincerely believed that MB intended to sexually assault him.

MB didn't come back from the restroom, and after about 20 minutes we believed that he had simply split, which was entirely in character for him.  Then, to our surprise, he reappeared, with damp spots all over his clothes.  It seems that he had gone outside to have a smoke.  There was a duck pond bordering the facility.  He wandered close to the water to see the ducks, and being dark he did not notice that the ground was slick with duck shit.  So he slipped and fell right into the duck shit.  It took him all that time to wash off his clothes in the restroom and he still smelled like duck shit.  So we ended up going outside on the patio because of the smell.

Our waitress was a smoking hot latina with the sweetest ass you have ever seen, you could have set a drink on it while she was standing.  MB, being of the silver tongue, chatted her up and she ended up asking him why he smelled like that.  He told her the story and she laughed.  I told her I would give her $40 if she could walk down the slope to the pond and back without slipping.  Well what we hadn't taken into account was that she was in heels, and thus she was much better anchored against slipping than MB in his PF Flyers.  Forty dollars richer, she still wouldn't make a date with any of us.

I met MB from time to time after that and it was always a memorable experience.  He was great company.  A few years ago, about the time RB shut down, he was the victim of medical malpractice which cost him an eye.  And apparently there were complications that affected the other one.  Around the time he stopped posting here on Bellgab, I stopped getting emails, texts, and phone messages from him.  You never know with that guy, but I always assumed that he lost sight in the other eye and was blinded.  We were friends for 17+ years and as nuts as he could be, I doubt that he would simply cut me off like that without reason.  Although...in my opinion, losing his sight would have been the end of a meaningful life for him.  If you catch my drift.  So I wouldn't mind if this isn't a reprise of duck shit night and he wanders back into my life someday, damp and smelly.

More history lessons please.

I am sure you have heard the stories of KellyDD. Decadent Diane, Farah88 and Kaylee Jordon. All of them have been told. All his grifting tales have been told. His style of moderating a forum has been told and demonstrated here.
So here is a short one. DPS posted a picture of his apartment building that he found on Google maps and told him to be careful, he makes himself easy to find and that could be trouble.
George reported to the owner of the board that someone came out to his apartment, took a picture and now has threatened his life. He has always been paranoid and jumped to conclusions fast.

Paranoid, yes; but he also lies about EVERYTHING.  The truth is never quite good enough.  If the truth is two, he'll say it's five.  If it's five, he'll say it's eight.  He is a pathological liar and he's way too obvious about it.  Like the thing about lying to the police that it was three pizzas over the past week or whatever it was, after getting one pizza.

To add a little more to the story, what I did was post a google street view of his building without saying anything at all.  Just the picture.  If he hadn't reacted, no one would ever know what it meant and it would have quickly disappeared from everyone's memory.  I knew that this would fry his tiny stegosaurus brain, though.  Previously, I had been doing things like sending him a PM that said "George Senda" and nothing more (back before his name was public).  I read the PM that he sent to Farah about it -- side-splittingly hilarious.  He was having panic attacks.  He couldn't function, could hardly breathe.  He needed help (won't you make that call, Farah?).  Poor little fellah.  Everyone needs to grow up (he said, clutching his stuffed toys closer to his bosom).  Good times.

I think he lies too, and he gets mad because people don't believe his lies.  By the way, I had to look up stegosaurus.

I have a feeling one of Georges serious health problems is the condition of his kitchen, and his food preparation, and cooking methods.

Surely not, he spent seconds hours wiping it with a grubby cloth scrubbing it.

Did you hear the last Martinez Tonight with the call to Senda? Judging by his stream of conciseness there is no way to know what he told the police but I know 90% was not relevant.

People like the old RedBook stories and Farah88 is a nice place to go.
She had a problem with pills so her moods were sporadic. She could be sweet or a raging bitch. I used to mess with her. One time she wanted a picture of her photo-shopped to look better, well I have no real skills so I opened it in paint and erased her so it just showed a white silhouette of where she was, then I posted it saying that I took out all the offending parts.
She got pissed and said she wanted to dance on my grave, then she got high and it was funny so she used it in her ad, then she came down and was a hated again.
I stayed distant and antagonistic to her on the board but I was less mean in PMs. The problem was she always wanted my phone number to call me and I was not going to give it to her. Of course Falkie gave his info freely. In one of her lucid times she told me that she was going to send him a large Safeway gift card (like $100) because he had no food in his house for a week. He insisted he needed cash only so she sent $10 or so because she did not trust cash in the mail.
I told the story without her name on the board and heard fron a few other gals that he had done that to them, said it had to be cash only.

Anyhow on to the tale of Farrah. The girls had a system of references. To see a girl you often needed to give a name of a known gal you saw and they would check with the girl to see if you were safe. Farah was known well so her as a reference worked but Farah got herself busted. She worked out a deal with the police and let an officer use her as a reference. The girl called Farah, Farah cleared the cop and the cop nailed the girl at the appointment. They got a handful of arrests until word got out to not accept her reference. That was the last I saw of her on RedBook.

Not quite the same thing as Bill Gates offering him a job as employee #1 of Microsoft, or him solving problems for IBM programmers, is it?

I've been pronounced dead twice by doctors and came back, was paralyzed in a car accident and came back from it, have almost died twice from pneumonia and came back from nearly dying and I firmly believe in the fact that something things are destined to be and are immutable yet others can be changed by our decisions or the decisions and actions of others. I also firmly believe that we all choose the paths that we take in this life but that there are alternate timelines. I've also had experiences that allowed me to look into the past on 3 separate occasions. My Mother and I are both psychic. She's very intuitive and knows when people in our family are ill, even when they're thousands of miles away. Myself, I know when events are going to happen but can't quite put my finger on it. Her skills are more attuned to it than I am. But I have had the spirits of relatives, friends and pets come back to me as has she. Our lives do not just stop when we die but continue on some plane. In other realities, I'm not alive. In others, I finished law school went into the Air Force, etc. My current home is haunted by several pets who periodically show that they still know how much I miss them.

That's what this movie is all about. A series of events that happen, some trivial in nature but all leading up to a disaster, yet could not be avoided because it was meant to be by the hand of fate.

When is the next Martinez Tonight?

About the latest video "I'M NOT WELL ENOUGH YET." Um, did he make a point in the video and the description once more than it's "insured." Where do you see this going? I haven't heard this much "insurance" talk in all my days. Gee, all, what can that possibly mean?

Quoting Falkie: "Myself, I know when events are going to happen but can't quite put my finger on it." However, we have a pretty good idea, not even claiming psychic "gifts."

Quote from: SergeantMajor on August 25, 2017, 04:14:34 AM
When is the next Martinez Tonight?

I think the next broadcast is waiting on getting "insurance" if something should "go wrong" in the near future. As in perhaps "kicking off" the broadcast by reassuring the audience: "Don't worry about any losses we may incur in the production or airing of this program. Like George Senda, we took out a full-coverage insurance policy covering any loss, damage or theft of any or all parts of this broadcast. Just like he states nonstop about doing with his crappy, broken iPad."

And I'm old enough to remember that pop song. "Indiana Wants Me." Oh, my. Senda may have indeed mailed that crappy iPad to that state. Lord, he can't go back there. Then we'll get the same lead-out that song had, with the sirens and the bullhorn: "OK, Senda. This is the police. You are surrounded. Give yourself up...Give yourself up..."

I have a feeling that we may see "Indiana Wants Senda." Lord, he can't go back there. OK, Senda. "This is the police. You are surrounded. Give yourself up...Give yourself up..."

With a tiny bit of work, Falkie could have been the next Whitley Streiber.  Choose one or more ''paranormal'' areas, create several ongoing episodes, write books, go on talk shows to discuss the latest and shoot the shit.  Heck, he could have gotten ghost writers to write the books and given them a cut.

Falkie wouldn't even have to come up with his own ideas.  Why should ol' Whit have a corner on the abduction market?  Surely there's room in the marketplace for another repeat abductee.

Falkie, if you are reading this, for heaven's sake why aren't you doing what you need to do to start being invited to the conventions as a speaker with books to sell?  Heather is always looking for show content, and so are the others.  Everyone should be hearing these stories, not just a few friends on the telephone and readers of your Amazon reviews.

A comic could be written about Falkie that is a bit of a parallel to the film Unbreakable. Not wanting to give out spoilers but the idea is that a guy was born with superpowers but never realized it because he thought he was just a regular guy.

Well Falkie was also born with powers but he did not know they came with a price, each use diminished his powers. As a youth he used them willy nilly. Death was nothing, he beat it a dozen times. Who needs therapy if you get paralyzed just use the powers. Until one day he used them up and he had a fall. It was not a big fall he just went down on a knee on the escalator but he could not heal it, try as hard as he could. Other health problems happened and then more.

Then Falkie realizes he lost his power and he commissions a graphic novel. He embellishes his story, adds some aliens and goes out on the book circuit. It would be a dream come true.

maybe it is not to late for George...
spin a tale of abduction (his arrest, was in a way an involuntary abduction)
his being held against his will (his incarceration in the county jail)
don't forget the 'ol ANAL PROBING...(courtesy of FIVE fine cell mates ...succumbing to Falkie's charm)

George ACTUALLY DOES HAVE A STORY TO TELL...
(move over Whitley....)
*and don't forget on top of it all....GEORGE WOULD HAVE NO TROUBLE PASSING A LIE DETECTOR !
