The container house is one of the saddest delusions I've heard him utter. I appreciate having dreams but that one's not happening.

Sadder than him panning for gold and supervising the construction of his palace after he'd struck it rich? Sadder than the delusion that two twenty something women would find him attractive?  I was about to say sexually attractive and threw up a bit in my throat.

LOLZ...who wrote this?  ;D Hilarious!

FallenSeraph

I don't think I can be a part of the Falkie Family anymore. I know people will be crushed. But with the broken glasses, the sores on his face, the piles and piles of stuff everywhere and the runaway beard, I suddenly feel like I'm watching some kind of a demented Santa Claus who's two steps away from wallowing in the gutter. The fleas, the pullout bed, the illnesses, the nonstop financial woes -- it's all depressing the hell out of me. If I want to see someone gradually and horribly come undone, I'll just look in the mirror next time.

As for YouTube, it'll return to being my happy place where I watch 20-something-year-old dudes with green hair play video games, the end.

Be well, Falkie. Peace be your journey.  :'(

3OctaveFart

No need to go.

Maybe we keep watching to behold proof of some divine spark, even in the godforsaken Falkieverse.

I read a few weeks back that a 70-year-old trucker won the lotto, so miracles are unceasing.

Don't go Seraphim.  If we don't post here about him, he won't have anything to read and entertain himself with. He won't have our donations for shopping for unboxing videos, so...

Ciardelo

Why send him any cash when he clearly doesn't have any interest in good as gold advice?

Dyna-X

Has anyone tried to convince him to get on a show like Hoarders? He'd be a shoe-in, complete with the rants and drama. Lots of unusual stuff that he would proclaim is worth thousands (but worth $25 on a good day)  plus they would give him money and a free clean-out. Plus 27 of the 30 cats would get real homes and the three (or whatever his city allows) they let him keep wouldn't have to live in a mess. As much as he would argue, he is down the road to animal hoarding. It all starts with a good intention and goes bad exponentially.

If he gets knee surgery any home health aide would be mandated to report his conditions there, I wonder if this is why he has not got that replaced yet.

All the rain in his area probably activated dormant mold in his place. I wonder if his rash is fungal. They have tools these days to check for mold and bacterial counts in his apartment air.

I agree with you. Falkie in a way has "jumped the shark". I really think that falkie really needs help. Maybe he could live in a group home so he could get the help that he needs like mental health help, medical help, how to manage money help and many other types of help. Also I think that he really needs to stay away from computers/internet for a while too.

Go placidly amid the noise and haste,
and remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible without surrender
be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly;
and listen to others,
even the dull and the ignorant;
they too have their story.
Avoid loud and aggressive persons,
they are vexations to the spirit.
If you compare yourself with others,
you may become vain and bitter;
for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
Keep interested in your own career, however humble;
it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.
Exercise caution in your business affairs;
for the world is full of trickery.
But let this not blind you to what virtue there is;
many persons strive for high ideals;
and everywhere life is full of heroism.
Be yourself.
Especially, do not feign affection.
Neither be cynical about love;
for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment
it is as perennial as the grass.
Take kindly the counsel of the years,
gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.
But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings.
Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.
Beyond a wholesome discipline,
be gentle with yourself.
You are a child of the universe,
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
Therefore be at peace with God,
whatever you conceive Him to be,
and whatever your labors and aspirations,
in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
Be cheerful.
Strive to be happy.
Max Ehrmann, Desiderata, Copyright 1952.

I wholeheartedly agree with the list  but it is  really a very sad list..

I'd add..

Few ever find true love.. if fortunate enough .. never let go.

Being cynical and critical is  human nature . Always respect and encourage kindness and passion in others .. they are the ones that change the world.

Love All

Go placidly amid the noise and waste,
And remember what comfort there may be in owning a piece thereof.
Avoid quiet and passive persons, unless you are in need of sleep.
Rotate your tires.
Speak glowingly of those greater than yourself,
And heed well their advice, even though they be turkeys.
Know what to kiss, and when.
Consider that two wrongs never make a right, but the three do.
Wherever possible, put people on hold.
Be comforted that in the face of all aridity and disillusionment,
and despite the changing fortunes of time,
There is always a big future in computer maintenance.

Remember The Pueblo.
Strive at all times to bend, fold, spindle, and mutilate.
Know yourself.
If you need help, call the FBI.
Exercise caution in your daily affairs,
Especially with those persons closest to you -
That lemon on your left, for instance.
Be assured that a walk through the ocean of most souls
Would scarcely get your feet wet.
Fall not in love therefore. It will stick to your face.

Gracefully surrender the things of youth: birds, clean air, tuna, Taiwan.
And let not the sands of time get in your lunch.
Hire people with hooks.
For a good time, call 606-4311. Ask for Ken.
Take heart in the bedeepening gloom
That your dog is finally getting enough cheese.
And reflect that whatever fortune may be your lot,
It could only be worse in Milwaukee.

Therefore, make peace with your god,
Whatever you perceive him to be - hairy thunderer, or cosmic muffin.
With all its hopes, dreams, promises, and urban renewal,
The world continues to deteriorate.
Give up!

I think George may need some yogurt cause he;s on antibiotics.  Wonder if they go bad in the mail.  I'm thinking I can team up with Callan and make the Big Guy a special care package. Any ideas?  (besides flea spray)

He should probably have some custom "The George Senda Show" T-Shirts and mugs.  They could just be in standard white or black text on various color T-Shirts and mugs.

Maybe he could even make them available for his fans to purchase.

I pitched this same idea to George.. he didn't think the small income was worth the time and effort.

George knows.. Advertising and Goodwill are hard to quantify..
