Have been listening to Noory's 2-12 show on Bitcoin and the Mexican Roswell case. Excellent show. 2 very good UFO researchers too. Going to see about getting their books. - I'm not sure about the lightning bug caller but I do know various UFO resarchers have used searchlights and other devices to attempt to contact UFOs. I recall a discussion of actually building a base in Colorado to be designed to be built in Colorado or the desert in the NICAP UFO Investigator at one time.

Back east they are out there in swarms duriing the summer and can't attack anyone. I used to capture them in jars, watch them for awhile and let them go when I was a child. You could see them twinkling and glowing over fields, lawns an open spaces at night & it was fascinating.
My favorite paranormal topic is UFOs. I have about 100 or more paranormal shows on my Imac to listen to.
I'm going to try to call Noory Friday night & see if I can tell about the 2 UFOs I've seen incuding one that was seen by 500 of us in the 1960s in the Sierra mountains when I was in the Civil Air Patrol.

Tomorrow the " lazy " one will go down to Starbucks, have a cup or two of coffee and do an Ipad video there. Only thermos I own is the one from my Man From U.N.C.L.E. lunchbox and its a collectible. Don't NEED a thermos. They have coffee cups there.
I guess Shreddy isn't aware of that or maybe he just cups his hands and they pour steaming hot coffee into them while he enjoys the agonizing pain.

I do have a thermos like hotel coffeepot that I bought years ago. I use it for hot tea with lemon and sometimes for hot chocolate.
I have a large stone carafe with a stand that I put ice and tea in during the summer. It keeps the tea cold for 2 days. I use either Bigelows Lemon Lift with lemon slices or Lipton instant with lemon. Sometimes I also brew it with tea bags.
Bedtime & not just for me. Fluffy decided to come in and sleep inside for a change. He's on the floor in front of the tray table with the Alien Pops night light on it. He loves staying outside, so it's nice to see him in here for a change. Fuzzy's in the window and Littl Girl has taken to sleeping on my couch which is a huge step for her. She's still frightened but is now meowing at me a lot.

Falkie, do you have a brother?

A friend of mine, who is the polar opposite of his older brother when it comes to politics, started trolling his brother on the Internet for fun. This began pretty much at dawn of the Internetâ€"and he's never stopped. From the time his brother started posting in the early 90s on message boards up through today, he has encountered the most virulent opposition to everything he says. Often, the oppositional posters will use his own words against him, pulling quotes from his posts that are years old, from message boards that don't even exist anymore. (My friend just copies and saves his posts as he goes, says it's easy, kind of like his hobby.)

The brother has gotten freaked out and changed usernames several times, but my friend always finds him again (usually by simply asking his brother what his new username is) and picks it right back up. This has been going on for over 20 years.

So, his brother is trapped in this epic, lifelong, deeply personal flame war online, and doesn't realize that his arch enemy is also his kid's Godparent.

It's just so twisted.

I'd like to apologise to Falkie. I actually feel bad, I didn't intend to upset the poor old guy. It just shows how easy it is to get sucked into something like this. I suppose I assumed he enjoyed the back and forth of it. And part of me can't help thinking that he is playing a part in some way and some of us aren't in on the joke. Anyway I am glad those things went because I would have deleted them anyway and they were far too mean (although I rejected some that were much worse) and I feel rather ashamed of myself. I used to have a dog that would deliberately annoy the hell out me; just as long as he was getting some attention, he didn't care if I was yelling at him. I assumed Falkie was a bit the same way and it was all just a bit of a game. I will consider this a 'teachable moment'.

You should see what he wrote to Jazmunda recently. We talked to him on skype after the GabCast a couple weeks ago, and shortly after that he sent an insane, froth filled note to Jazmunda accusing us of publicly revealing the contents of the conversation. Even when you try to be nice to the guy, he finds some way to make you regret it. I can't count the number of times I've been accused of "hacking" his shitty forum or supposedly encouraging others to do so.

MV, I understand your viewpoint. If I had your experience dealing with him, my tolerance would be low as well. There's always "that guy or gal" among us. MV, you sound reasonable and friendly enough on Gabcast. I believe your intentions are coming from a good place regarding Falkie. He could be manipulating or feigning his persona for sympathy. Not much shocks me anymore these days. For the time being I don't mind humouring him. I enjoy being silly on this fourm.

My Mother had 13 children. For long and complicated reasons and because all of us were preemies only 2 of lived, myself and my sister.
If I had a brother live, he too, would have been subjected to the abuse that I was subjected to by both my parents.
I was shocked when My sister told me that information after my Mother died.
MY Mother was an evil woman in many ways. She had told me that my sister blamed me for her husband's having a stroke when I was 3,000 miles away & that my sister never wanted totalk to me again.
After talking to her I found out that she still loved me and the story was a lie. It kept me from interacting with her for years.
We've talked on the phone a number of times since my Mother died.
My sister, my niece & my nephew all live in a town directly uphill from the river across from Pittsburgh.
My nephew Jimmy watches all my videos too.

It was icy cold here last night & my ankle was hurting so much I almost passed out from the pain and it kept me up all night, so I didn't get to Starbucks today.

I owe Bateman an apology. I must have misunderstoodd what was said to me over the phone.
Bateman was and has been very nice to me and has always taken time to answer my questions and I frankly could not understand why he would be attacking me.

Falkie would definitely make a better host than gasbag Noory. There are a myriad of reasons why. And I think if he wasnt just talking to a webcam and instead interviewing someone, he would have his thoughts in order. People have complained about his intro music, sure, but I think his biggest problem is he tends to stray off his video topics. Hell, I'd tune in if he was on the radio.
