I'm not defending Casio. I am interested to know if he is actually a pedophile or simply a sex offender due to limited cognitive abilities. The law isn't very clear on the differences as far as I know.

And navigating the beta male channels always harkens assaults where not needed. Almost all pedophiles were victims on sexual abuse at an early age. I suppose to some the best answer is just to shoot the victims right after they are abused. Because we sure don't intervene effectively with help.

I'm all for helping victims of sexual abuse, minors and adults.  But once the victim turns into the perpetrator, all my sympathy is lost.

Hurt is at the very center of this for him, it's a question of who created it.

He said he was at MIT for a semester or two so, if true, at one point he had a handle on his life.

There are supposed to be limits, yes. However, I am acquainted with a couple who are the couples version of Falkie. They have been sucking the taxpayers' teat for over 22 years now. Neither work. They sit around all day and shop. The male plays a lot of video games. They are able to buy camera equipment, trips, etc. I tried reporting them several times, but the "authorities" did not care one bit.  They said it was not a waste of taxpayers' money if the couple got some benefit from it.  When one program cuts them off, their caseworkers find them other programs, and then they go back and reapply for the other programs. It's an endless cycle of waste and fraud.

I'm taking a guess, but I think it was the only clear part of his hovel that had line of sight to the camera. What you don't see is the shit piled high below and each side of the opening to the cardboard box.
