  Holy shit!  How did I overlook this.  

See, people on here not only make stuff up, when I post they can't even get the facts right.
I spent 200 hours on the phone over months with Compaq. That includes being on hold. I never owned a Dell. Plus I spent muliple hours on the phone with A T & T as well over the defective computer they sent me which never worked. Not customer service but A T & T's executive offices in Houston.
Compaq came out and replaced the motherboard and hard drive and the pc crashed within days.
Each time they came out the pc still would not work right and I spent more time on the phone.
I even had a tech friend take the pc to his shop and wipe the new hard drive and reinstall everything and it still didn't work. In 2004 or 2005, the computer would not even turn on anymore. It was a lemon and A T & T had wound up giving it to me for free because I had so much trouble with it.
