Bateman's show is slick enough that he deserves promotion.  Not sure if this would make a problem given his radio affiliations. But a podcast network with MV and Bateman as a foundation seems like solid enough basics to me.

My paraphrasing of some of the $noory and MacLaine tapes :

$noory kept repeating the title of her book, over and over and over and over and over and over.

About 7 or 8 times.

$noory :

" We do believe in a higher power and I'm sure that's you. "


Coughing fits and then more coughing fits.

Then while she's coughing even worse ...

"  By the way, when you get better and heal up we gotta get you back for some more hours. "

More coughing.

" By the way ... coughing ... I'm on a detox program "

She continues then $noory says :

" Let's take some phone calls for you and ease your voice. "

This while McLaine is in the background completely unable to respond because she's going into a major coughing jag and the $noore takes a phone call and says :

" Nebraska. Welcome to the program. I think she can hear you. "

Shirley :

" I can hear you. "

Followed by more coughing.

Caller is talking about Being There while in the background Shirley is doing major coughing and honking and caller brings up Twilight Zone.

$noore :

" Shirley are you ok ? "

Shirley :

" NO. "

Caller continues and $noorge says :

" It could have been a Twilight Zone. "

Then he says :

" Did you see Terms of Endearment ? "

Callers says he was too young.

$noory says :

" Heh, heh. "

Shirley says to have him call her in 15 minutes.

Noory says :

" Shirley's having a heck of a time. We're gonna let her go. "

" Shirleys live in major coughing attack. That's a first for me. "

Caller says she's Marshall Clerefelt's daughter thus violating using her last name rule established by Art.

And she's not in Martinez, either.

Caller talks about Shirley about people having fantasy about Shirley funding their spiritual vision and then $noory says :

" If I had a blank check ... No wars, no famine and I'd take care of all the homeless people. "

Shirley talks about loving many of her co-stars and says she didn't like Laurence Harvey.

Caller asks Shirley is she was related to Bertha and Wesley I believe their last name was Monroe and were you related to them in some fashion ?

$noore says :

" Almost out of time Shirley. Grab the first one. We're all subject to criticism when we think OUTSIDE THE BOX  ( PLAGIARISM ALERT, ART !!! ). "

Shirley discusses criticism and says her people were MacLaine and not Monroe.

$noore says for Shirley to get better and segment ends.


But wait there's more $nore :

Got off the phone with my gf and was talking to her while I was typing the $noory post.

Turns out both the left driver's door and left passenger door were both hit.

I haven't seen the car yet but from my experience, fucked may well be the truth.

Frame's probably bent all to hell and we'd not even finished paying for the damned car yet.

IF they total it out, we get to start over again and have to get a new car.

And I was planning to take my Imac to the Apple Store Sunday for getting help with setting up podcasts too.

I am new here. First post and all. And....well...I have a theory; could be a conspiracy theory, or it could just be a theory but...well...I do have it so....here goes.

I think Art was set up from the beginning. I mean, think about it....his show is cancelled just after those that signed up for the 30 day free trial had to sign up for real and all that money went to Sirius, they promised all sorts of stuff to Art which turned out to be just a lie, immediately as DM started C2C initiated a war with him and....I have been told by a very reliable source....that Art and his family had been receiving ongoing death threats if he didn't quit the show.

Sounds to me like Art was played and so were we. Sounds to me like C2C and Premier are exactly where they want to be right now. And they are working hard to make it look like Art is just some sort of quitter....I mean really, if anyone can't tell that they have sent out a bunch of hired trolls against Art then they have got to be blind...or stupid. Also, that halloween show was such a set up....I could tell that many of the calls to C2C were plants. And....somehow...Art's calls weren't coming through on his halloween show. Strange, eh? I've worked in the media business for far too long not to be able to recognize the obvious. They played him.

We have got to get Art back on the air.
