That was my favorite night on BellGab ever.  I was laughing so hard, I had tears.  Art Bell showing up like a dark knight out of the mist, riding straight into the middle of Gnoory's little sucking up to bellgab fest, and bitch slapping him for telling lies.  I could never have imagined it!

IMO that album was one of IM better, bad albums!

Yes, it is not a fight I want, but it is one I WILL have. I have asked to be released from the NC and
got a no first time around, now I have asked again and taken steps with Legal help. We shall see
what develops.

As for thinking George is a nice guy, those days are long gone. He should feel the sharp knife of
hypocrisy stab him every night when he "thanks me", I told him what a piece of crap he was after
he put Oates on in language that would make most Sirius/XM Hosts blush, still he does it either
because he has been told to do it or he really woves me, I prefer the former.

This is the way I feel...


We were all willing to pay $7 a month, $15 dollars a month or more to listen to Art.
We no longer have that opportunity, no doubt largely in part to secret backroom deals.

On the other hand Art says, when he is able to stream, he will stream free.
I dont think he should stream free, but thats a different issue.

I think, the CPAs and lawyers among us should establish an Art Bell Legal Defence Fund to reduce Arts overt legal costs.
I would prefer to pay on a monthly basis - 15 or 20- dollars a month...just as I would have done to listen to him...to "support" him at this time.
Its not enough to say Art has money he can do it -- PHOOEY that!

Further, we should produce bumper stickers / T shirts and hoodies with the "Free Art Bell"  "logo".
Im sure the grahics designers among us can come up with some good humorous designs.
Maybe an Andy Warhol parody of Art Bell...Or a 60s political prisoner parody- with a cow being abducted by a UFO in back!
Whatever...Im no artist.
Those should be sold, with proceeds going to the fund.

Everything Rossy does is a classic. Hits it out of the park.

Art-- you may not be the best guy to negotiate a contract. You may not even be easy to work with. But I think you are being screwed over by a large corporation needlessly.  And I want to stand with you.

Ok I have something to say, CONTENT COUNTS. When I was with CC and was told to name my own price, it
was fewer commercials per hour. When I started with SXM I did four Hours and if you check you will find that
at least 3 1/2 of those hours were pure content.

Anybody can take four Hours and fill with a "nice guy" plus two and a half Hours of commercials and breaks
as well as Medical advice and promo's about how to invest 13 cents a day and call it a show.

The deal I offered should have been snapped up because as I have said it was a big win-win for everybody
concerned. That it was not, as of yet, still makes me believe there are other things at work here, only time will
tell. But I promise you this I did not WANT to quit, I was in a situation where the road forward was not viable.
I still want to be on the air now, I hope you all believe that and if I can find a way to be, I WILL.

The reason Dark Matter could be run with fewer commercials is that it was on a PAY SERVICE.  Since I as an XM subscriber pay a monthly subscription I was disappointed that there were ANY commercials. 

C2C has commercials to cover the costs because they don't charge for you to listen to them. Forty minutes per hour is the better than the norm for most of these shows.

George put on Oates, a man who accused Art Bell of such disgusting things on air over something trite that Art successfully sued him and had him banned from C2C. This isn't Art acting in a fit of pique. This is about a man who attempted to ruin his reputation and career and George Noory's decision to have him on C2C as a guest after he'd been banned. It showed a total lack of respect and it seemed then and still does now that it was initiated as a big F U to Art Bell.

I'm sure the whole sordid mess is still online somewhere.

Snoory can very easily be counter-sued for Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, Pain and Suffering, Impersonating a Radio Personality, Failure to Work After Being Paid, and of course, the old standby, Improper Equipment (usually used in traffic cases, but here to be used for the lack of competent mental ability)

I don't think Snoory will be suing anyone. These treats are coming from a guy who buys turkey sammiches from 7-Eleven, when he has the option to eat at some of the best eateries in Los Angeles. This dog is all bark. Wof Wof!

In reflection today, I think I know why this all happened, first everyone must realize that Art is a quality Host that is only what he is simply due to his standards, kind of like if a company was building a product and it didn't meet the standards it has set forth, they will pull that item. What Art has done was simply that, now as a consumer (Fan) we probably won't like that our favorite product is missing for a while but give the company a chance to redesign and return that product.
Every time Art returns its always better! And we can only hope that he finds a way to provide that service very soon.

The true history is the Bell trashed Oates first and then thin skinned Art got his feelings hurt when Oates responded.  Just because Art banned him doesn't require George to do the same.  I think 15 years was more than enough of a cooling down period.  No one has hurt Art's reputation more than Art. Quitting once again is just another example of this.

I heard Fort Rock bought a suit,  booked a flight to DC from China and passed himself off as Art's representation in a meeting with the Sirius/XM and PremRat lawyers. This has not been 100% verified as of yet but I hear this is security footage of what actually transpired.
