Ok, I'll get bent. In the meantime: help with what? Get Art back on the air making money for SiriusXM? Oh no? Then why would they let him out of non compete? Oh, because you have been promised free streaming from the guy that walked put after six weeks? Suuuuuure, they'll get right on that. After all, they are loosing sleep over a former customer who is asking them to allow Art to provide (supposedly) a free product. The very same product they spent a lot of money promoting, engineering, setting up his studio, etc,etc, etc.

They already have customer support people at work 24/7, your calls don't mean shit to them for the reasons I stated above. Same with e-mails. If the circumstances were different (Art still on the job, legions of SUBSCRIBERS threatening to quit), this would be the right approach. Unfortunately, the fallout has already occurred and our star went AWOL. You have ZERO leverage.

So you think a campaign designed to be a nuisance from FORMER subscribers (if many ever were) demanding Art be let out of a NC so he can stream, for FREE, what SiriusXM signed a contract to generate revenue over is a winning strategy?

Nicely done, makes perfect sense.  I still think SXM's decision to hold Art to the NC he signed is out of spite for him quitting more so than for any business benefit they gain for keeping him sidelined.  Of course they have to notice hundreds of calls, e-mails , Facebook post etc.,  but support shown by former customers for a former employee means nothing to them.  In addition, when those messages contain vulgarity, threats, and the general lunacy we see here from the more undisiplined supporters, it more than likely makes SXM dig in their heels even more.

Art had apparently retained counsel to address the NC.  Let the guy do his job in an atmosphere not tainted by threats of e-mail bombs and disrupting programming.
