That may or may not be true, but if he is (that which you say) he is one who brings in over 100 million in annual revenue.  Art, would be quite content (I believe) with making ZERO money, but offering a show which brought him and others listening pleasure.  However, with even mediocre execution he should have little trouble earning a million plus (and possibly much more) per year which he can utilize to either secure his family's future or sponsor orphanages in the Philippines. My point is that he is an artist, and I just want him to have a canvas for as long as he desires one.

I was in at the first Tea Party rallies and I've always hated that teabagger crap.
Its a terrible thing to say about people who deep down care about the future of our country.
And I  hate puppies and kittens and dogs and cats being put down just because they're too old or no one wants them anymore or because there's no space as many so-called shelters do.
Though many places are going to 100% no kill status and keep the animals until they're adopted or send them out to other no kill shelters.
Shelters also have other types of animals as well, horses, chickens, ducks, goats, sheep.
All of which have had to be sheltered due to abuse, cruelty, bankruptcy, hoarding or other problems.

Well, that is a question for the attorneys. But there are ways to defeat such a non compete:
1.  Broadcast from overseas or in International waters.
2.  Broadcast for FREE on a show owned by someone else say Richard Hoagland for the next two years.  If I go on the air and interview people and don't get paid I'm not engaging in commerce (and at 75,000 per year if that is what he was really getting from Sirius he essentially was already broadcasting for free anyways).

I know this change from 'waiting on lawyer' to 'it's now just working out the details with SXM' was brought up earlier in the thread, but I am surprised it's not getting more attention.

It means:
1.) Art has finally received a response from SXM.
2.) It was not a flat out 'No, good riddance.'
3.) SXM is open to meeting Art's request in some form or fashion if they are 'just working out the details'.

.....Or it could mean the exact same thing as the first message, but just different verbiage. Who the hell knows, but I do think it's a positive change in tone at the very least.
