Art Bell Quits Dark Matter

He could replace Coast to Coast AM overnight on KNYE.  At least there would be an opportunity to start up a new terrestrial network while also netcasting free on the KNYE and Artbell.com sites.

Yes -- any way to get started and expand from there.  But Art has to be PATIENT.  I think he really misses the huge audience he had, and although it would have grown with time, he didn't want to wait, apparently.  For those who experience trouble, many more don't.  My only complaint (other than that one night when everybody seemed to be getting error messages) is the regular-as-clockwork 90 minute timeouts on my iPad.  And that was just more of an irritation (and I feel guilty about bitching about it). 

WHATEVER he can do to get rolling again, I'm all in.

What's odd to me about my brief stint here so far is I realize I know more about the art bell show and all its intrigues and such than I had realized before --- with some huge blind spots, albeit. And now I'm thinking, how much god damn time have I spent listening to bell to pick all this stuff up? And what other constructive thing could I have been doing instead?

I don't think it has been mentioned, but I love that KNYE.COM still has that 90s' style FLASH image of the moon rising over the Kingdom of Nye. I always loved that..

For me, that was one of the best features of Sirius...OnDemand, which has the potential to really expand your audience just not live callins, which frankly I couldn't care less about. It's all about the interview.

Of course, Philosopher I did exactly that, plus suggesting they add the nonexistent category " paranormal" . We've had SXM for a couple years ...there's no paranormal programming.

Art who are the other independent broadcasters ? I was not aware that they did that.

Art...they came to you in the first place, correct? And it sounds like you don't have lawyers involved,  yet. So do you have a particular point of contact at SXM that you can of normally contact and have been deal/dealing with?  Art maybe they are waiting for you to actually pick up the phone and speak with them instead of emails or other people?  At this point it doesn't seem to me, knowing only what we know, that it could hurt if you made the call and have them understand that you truly want this to move forward and settle this situation once and for all. Unless they are crunching numbers or having tech and or the lawyers working stuff out...they may just be waiting to see if and when you will call them? For this apparent pissing match IMO if it drags on and on ...no one wins.
