Never mind. :)

I'm a little slow over here this morning.
Too much blood in my caffeine stream at the moment.

His persona is too grating for me. I need to be soothed or amused, not growled at. But, yeah, I easily tire of the more commonly found anti-NWO perspectives. In my humble opinion, you really can't divorce the Constitution itself from its pre-cursors, and when you look into its pre-cursors, yes, you do find anti-clerical and anti-monarchial secret societies by the dozen. But what does that really tell us? There was no bellgab back in those days so you had to set up guilds with secret-handshakes, degree systems, etc. That's just how it was. And the clerics and monarchs many times were worth overthrowing.

I've been deep through historical conspiracy stuff for like eleven years now and the only real take away I have is that the politics of today are a way different animal than anything we've encountered, simply on the basis of technology. I think Alex and Wells and their type oversimplify things. Is that dangerous? Being alive is dangerous. Se la ve.

It seems just based on what Art's said he didn't do anything overly wrong.. sirius just said no and F you pretty much with no response since then. Has it occurred to anybody that perhaps behind the scenes premier radio paid sirius off to take dark matter off the air?

::) Talk about conspiracy theories.

Why would a "rival" have to do that? The host quit.  No need.

This is fricken nuts....

Art you are an artist. The mind of the listener is your canvass. Tonal inflection, perceptive question and quick wit- your brush....

Think about history Art. The Mystic Monk, the Revolutionary and the Artist have all provoked Power. The truth is they are too creative for the Established Order, and therefore seek to transform that Order into something more self sustaining for themselves. And the rest of humanity.
Think of Dali or Magritte or Michelangelo. That creativity did not come from the conformity of following established rules. Those guys lived to break them.

Art, I hate to break it to you, Buddy.
But I dont think you get along with the Suits. You are simply too creative.

Which is to say, every turn key solution you propose and consider now, comes with a creative leash.
And over time, that leash gets smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller-- until a breaking point.
Some, with IQs of 500, say you should have seen it all along. But for some reason I cant find their posts a few months back predicting our current circumstance.

Art I remember, with such fond memories, maybe 1997, a hoky crude website with links to marvels and humor and the human circus.
Maybe you should retreat back to that space. Of simplicity that entertains. Something totally you. Not Art/Premrat. Not Art/SiriusXM. But Art Bell.

Maybe you should retreat back to a canvass that is totally you and financially independent, self sustaining, financially self reliant.
This entire board, all the population east of the Rockies, the UK and Oz / Kiwi, even South Africa to Asia, from Aloha to Alaska-- would enjoy compensating you a reasonable fee for the world of wonder you would open every night. And you and I both know-- know-- a quality product with an appropriate price point dismisses the nuisance of piracy. Itunes proved it. And keep your legacy programs as distributed MP3.

Further,  that base has fascinating advertising potential. From The Med and surf boards in California to Fish and Chips and neighborhood pub  in Britain to Vegemite in Australia, I would laugh.....The resort in Nicaragua....

In turn those independently produced shows could be licensed to AM radio and even Sirius...

Your canvass. Your art. Your way. Art Bell.

Meet you out there Art...
At the Edge of Experience...
Raging in the Night...
positively eloquent!!

Anyone who thinks Alex Jones is great is one card shy of a full deck, imho.  AJ is a paranoid nut-job.

There are a thousand reasons to dislike AJ.  His paranoia is not one of them.

I agree with you:  if Clyde could tone down those rants he tends to go on, too often, he could easily become THE host of late-night following-the-creepy radio.  But he probably isn't interested in being a Top Radio Talk Show Host star, or I think he WOULD tone down the rants:  I'm sure many people have told him they're off-putting.  But when you hear him on with a guest, or taking calls, pre-rant(s), he's one of the best minds and voices on late night radio.  I love that he even does some of his own ghost investigating, too.

Yes, he is "heavy" and he just had some rather serious cancer surgery, from which he was back on the air in just a few weeks.  His show airs live 5 nights a week, 7pm to midnight, out of his home station, KXL in Portland.  I usually stream it through Tunein.com.  Btw, that is one of the few places you will hear all five hours:  his show is syndicated on various stations throughout the country, where he airs in the timeslot prior to c2c usually, but the stations tend to play only 1-3 hours of his show, depending on the station.

You can listen to the entire show through the stream on the local Portland station:

Art should rename his show "Dark Energy" and find intro music with real power instead of a lunatic's poem.

I think the unwashed masses (you and me) would be satisfied with an Internet-based show three or four times a week.  Anybody have any show intro music they'd like to promote along the lines of "The Chase" --Giorgio Moroder?

Let's find something that really rocks.

Screw the Non-Compete Art!  If Sirius says you can’t be on the air… tell them to suck it.  We’ve waited far too long for your return.   Broadcast from another company, even if Sirius moans.  What’s the worse they can do?  Tell him to pay $75k?  Pocket change to Art!

Pizza "Punch" sounds too much like the '70s.  Need something like "Pizza Plus"; "#1 Pizza Sauce" etc.

Hopefully nothing like Darkside Skittles.  They're kinda gross.

I wish you'd stop calling Art " Artie ". Artie is that guy who used to be a sidekick to Stern.
Art is Art or Arthur but never Artie.
Makes me cringe every time I read it.

Can there not be two Arite's in this world?? Im sorry that the mention of the name Artie causes you distress, sir.  Regardless, I hope Artie Bell comes back on air. Shalom.

Noory has a market monopoly on suckage and dark suckage.  His tongue becomes extra forked when he calls upon dark suckage for help with his 3x5 cards.

Just wish there was a way to get him back on terrestrial -- to reach even more of the unwashed masses.  I'd love that, plus have a pay-for program to listen to previously aired shows online.  Noory is on FM in Seattle -- terrestrial doesn't have to be AM.

But yeah, three or four times a week would be great.  I'd take whatever I could get.

My username was actually inspired by Alex Jones, to be perfectly honest. Every time he manages to suddenly appear on television, radio, or my Facebook feed, I announce "IT'S A DERPSPIRACY, PEOPLE! HIT THE DECK!" in my best histrionic/paranoid/tinfoil hat/lunatic/over-the-top retarded voice.

It's one of those things that just never gets old.

I like that. Derpspiracy should become a movement. I'm in.

He could replace Coast to Coast AM overnight on KNYE.  At least there would be an opportunity to start up a new terrestrial network while also netcasting free on the KNYE and Artbell.com sites.

You are correct...
After the recent lightning hit, the streaming system was damaged.
It's rather patched together at the moment.
To be fixed soon.....

We are not to take this as a Comment From Above, are we?   ;)

I'm stuck on the hangover raft. Could someone please bring me a sandwich, a pack of smokes and a brunette...I mean, a dish towel...actually, a psychiatrist? Actually, Art Bell. Yeah, ok, bring me a sandwich, a pack of smokes, a brunette, a dish towel, a psychiatrist and Art Bell.

...and a flamingo (don't ask).
