maybe we should consider the recent FCC ruling about the internet--which means the FCC hasn't the authority to regulate internet traffic.  in other words, because satellite and AM radio falls under the guise of "broadcast" per the FCC standards, then maybe art (and his lawyers) found a loophole (internet streaming/podcast), and an agreement--of sorts--was reached.

Oh Art, damn you. That FB post has 859 Likes, 163 shares and 102 mostly joyous comments. By the time I hit "Post," you can probably add about 10 more to each of those numbers.

Soooooooo many people are going to be bummed if this is just more smoke and mirrors.

Kind of an asshole move to post such an ambiguous message on a day like today.

I don't want to be Debbie Downer (although if I was a drag queen then that would be a cool name) but I really don't think there is anything more to this announcement. It is either an April fools joke or Art is simply stating his desired timeslot for once the NC ends. Since November he has stated that he will not fight the NC and will sit it out. Since then he has also stated that he will return on the internet for free. A few weeks back or was it a month or so he said that he had a preferred time slot in mind that he would release closer to his return. I just don't believe he is coming back this soon and I don't want you to get your hopes up S27.

The Bell Family is well indeed! My new show will air from 9PM-1AM PT. If Sirius would free me from my non-compete it would have been 7-10 PT but while I understand both CC and Sirius did what they had to do, Karma is a Bitch. It will Stream for free and Podcasts will be available.

OK......I make the over/under on Art's show, assuming he does come back, to be four months.  Reserve the right to change that +/- one month, depending on when the show actually begins.

I think he simply meant that what goes around comes around when referring to Karma meaning that they will get what's coming to them (but not before September 2015).
