I think it's time I came clean, so to borrow a line from Srednu: 'you can't possibly take what I've been saying seriously'!

Save it for the sonning, big boy!

Well, there was, until the Council of Nicea showed up, and tossed those parts out...

Can confirm: I have met actual werewolves. They were quite nice, urbane, and of course hung out in a tight, cliquish little group--which of course was not entirely obvious or even apparent to outside perception. When I realized what I had stumbled upon and into, I made the appropriate gestures of respect and made myself scarce quickly, as I well knew at the time--and as we all know by now--I present as one tasty hunk of man-meat. Why taunt anyone? I was not looking for werewolves; I was just looking for friends. And, as cool as it would be to be regularly sociable with a gang of actual lycanthropes, some dinner parties just are not my style.

Pro tip: if you ever suddenly realize that you find yourself surrounded by a pack of werewolves... be polite. This does in fact include, not acting like you think they are simply crazy or insane. I got the distinct impression from my brief time with them that, that was the kind of thing that was really annoying.

Also, I'd be really careful throwing around the b-word in certain circumstances. I am just sayin'. Some of you all of you all might want to watch your fresh mouths from time to time a little more than you might ordinarily if you ever crawl out from under your basements and behind your monitors to visit with real people.

I simply will not allow that kind of thing. Here, take this leather strap: it is dangerous to bite down alone.

You did offer to have sex with me despite our distance apart. You said even that wasn't being gay.

Apparently, I need a sarcasm font.

For fuck's sake don't be such a clucking hen Jacky Azz and I go way back and if he asks for an honest, unsugared assessment I will get out my calipers.

While I am at it, there is no record that the famous Council of Nicaea discussed the canon; they were more concerned with dispelling the Arian heresy and coming up with the well-known Creed.  The idea they threw out certain books probably comes from a facetious remark by Voltaire and has been repeated by hucksters ever since.

The Dead Sea scrolls contained, in addition to parts of the Old Testament, writings of a Jewish cult called the Essenes expecting a messiah and don't mention Jesus at all.  For ancient Christian gospels, which is what you are looking for if you are interested in suppressed books, the best ancient archive is the Nag Hammadi "library", lots of interesting old writings stuffed in jars and buried in Egypt probably in response to a decree from Saint Athanasius forty years or so after Nicaea.

Well stated, Dubb, as usual. Many confuse the two. I’ll just leave this here:

K. Dubb, were you shocked at how much weight I carry, when seeing me on camera for the "first time"? Am I fat waste of time?? LOL.

I was not, honey.  You will not remember but you have dropped hints to me.  I recall mentioning fishnets once and you said something like "bulging fishnets is not a good look" which, along with your pictures where you seem to magically change race and gender with ease, told me I was not seeing a literal representation.  You are, in no sense, a waste of time, though what we are all doing here might well be described in those terms on occasion.

How sweathog am I, in your opinion? Rate me 1 to 10. 10 being worst, 1 being least like a sweathog.

It is hard to say seeing only a person's face since weight distribution varies dramatically between individuals.  You could simply be chubby from all I can tell, and there is, without a doubt, a very cute boy under there who it pleases me to address with affection.  If you want to PM me a shirtless photo (I am absolutely trustworthy; just ask ZAZA) I will be happy to provide additional commentary.  I resist the idea of a scale but if you press me, seeing only your face and not the other delights of your person, I will whiff at a 5.

"Fat" is more of an up-or-down question and I am happy to say that on most days, since I am actively waging war on mine and spurring myself to action by the vicious scourge of self-loathing which you may detect in my tireless imprecations against the substance, I count myself on your side of the balance.

Thank you, I really debate putting a correction out there because the Nicaea-threw-out-books thing is so prevalent and is such a quick and easy way to tell a scholar from a purveyor of hogwash.
