Welcome to the board, steel! This place is full of great posters- it kept me alive during the dark times, and now it makes listening to Art even more fun.

Thanks, I've been here since Retirement ended and Art went to, Extraterrestrial Radio =P - but i've been streaming a show every night - so I've gotten exposed to the folks here in blunt-trial by fire so to speak =P (My first few nights of streaming, I was hawkin my channel/ with live text chat =P and found out quickly that was a forbidden fruit...)  But I've been an Art fan for years, as most folk here, I remember listening in the 90s to the great shows back then.

SO I've posted my story there too ziznak..

As much as I hate Whitley Strieber, he's far more interesting than this guy.  What happened to that interview?  I thought it was scheduled for tonight.

Ahh yes, sorry, of course I remember the episode.  I should have grabbed my baseball bat when I heard the noise outside of the shed, but I was hoping for an actual thing to watch instead of listening to this guy...

I was confused about that, too. I thought he was going to focus on the problems with ancient alien theories, but he really pressed his faith a lot. It annoyed me enough that I eventually called in; his whole distinction between biology (an empirical philosophy) and philosophy itself really annoyed me, but he used it as the basis for believing in God and not in aliens.

Oh, I've been an insomniac for years now - and no pill can make me sleep - believe me I've been prescribed em all, and sleep studies - the works...I would listen to the show, I just meant if the stream wasn't being utilized I'd have shut it off - but kinda felt necessary with the BS earlier in the live show, with the stream dying like it did!

Someone PLEASE tell me what the hell this show was about.   Listening to this while I'm working is like listening to noise in the background.  There is nothing I have been able to focus on and understand.

I just clicked on my profile and noticed that there is a section that shows your posts by time... It is a mean and rotten trick of MV's to remind me that I am an insomniac.  Oh well, time for an espresso and off to bed (yes, caffeine helps me sleep.)  Have a good night, and good luck getting to sleep before you see the sun.
