Sounds like a good one.

I enjoyed the fairly recent Darkness episode... the one that featured the winery in the 2nd hour. Good stuff.

I only listen to C2C when Dave or Knapp hosts. I was bummed when WM3's Damien Echols bailed last time. Was hoping he'd get rescheduled for this weekend, but this show sounds cool too.

Dave makes my list of sexy radio hosts. It's not a long list. And George isn't on it. (SORRY, GEORGE - no offense, seriously.)

(If it makes George feel better, he's still on my list of Radio Hosts I Wanna Toss Back Tequila Shots With, though.)

*wanders over to the MITD Live thread*

Hell of a work ethic too. I don't know how he goes from coaching the Browns game tonight to hosting C2C tomorrow but he does it somehow.

In the mean time people can check out the Darkness radio archives. I recommend any of the shows on hauntings, they are entertaining. If you do not know how to get the shows just click the link, they are Free:

I second this recommendation. I listen to the podcast almost every day when I'm in procrastination mode, which is always.

There's a Darkness radio app that has a lot of podcasts on it.

He's solidly winning me back over.

Uncle Duke

A few months ago on C2C, Schrader interviewed a gal who had some sort of creature that lived in a wooded area across from her home.  He talked about going to look for whatever it was with some paranormal investigater buddies, but I never heard it mentioned again.  Anything every come of it?

DaveSchrader

No, coordinating to get everyone together at the same time when it works for her has been a nightmare.
I promise to update everyone if/when it every happens.

Thanks for the reply, look forward to hearing what you find if you get to do the investigation.

If you have a few minutes, would you please post the gist of her claims here?

Thanks

I wish I had seen this sooner. I did  see it in time to catch the tail end of the show.  :(

Wow, Dave Himself answers!  Very cool.  Hi, Dave!!  You're one of the two good reasons to listen to c2c anymore (the other being George Knapp).

I have no idea why the other Dave ( Schrader) is not the full time host.

It's also very strange that premier put Clyde Lewis on before coast. Not trying to put down Clyde, but you think premier would try to at least see of darkness radio could get some traction in markets outside of Minneapolis.

Yes, Darkness Radio is more palatable, too.  Clyde can be very off-putting when he goes on one of his rants.

Dave is good, and George is good, but Dave (George) is not good.

I like Dave S but Saturday show was such a downer of a topic.

Sounds like it will be a great show. I loved that book and J. Abraham can bring some weird connections and stuff to the subject, though wild. Look forward to it.

Breaks my heart to tell you that although good Dave will be doing Friday night, and good George will be doing Sunday night, of all people, Jimmy Church is the host on Saturday night.  Gross, huh?  :o

Joshua Abraham was as nutty, possibly crazy, as I thought or recalled. Schrader had a hard time controlling him and I think that is why he was cut off. Too bad he didn't go into his dad's book and that side much. Oh well on to open lines....

smitty9999

The guest was completely insane and starting getting hostile with Dave.  Good on Dave for dumping him
