If I may,..since I initiated the top-up cards for Mr.Fidget ,
I did buy them [to cover few months],
and I PM him the PIN numbers,..but due to technical issues he can not activate them,
I did talk to Custmr-Service at Virgin, but it can not be fixed from my end.
