I don’t know if you are taking into consideration the whole picture. Regardless of whether the last incident was a firecracker or gunshot, the result was the same: his wife and daughter were terrified. Art said “...my Wife said enough and told me our Daughter was in trauma over this last incident.“ Given this, how would you feel if your husband said ‘I don’t care, my fans need me’? 

As far as discussing this before hand, I'm totally with you. Like all his dilemmas, past and present, Art acts first and thinks later. That’s what he does. In this case, before committing to a comeback, he should have discussed with Airyn how much of their life, as they knew it, would change. He knew the risks; he had security in the past. Why would he think things might be different this time?

Look CH, we have all been told the "official" version of events. However, there are too many holes in this version for it to be true. Those spinning the "official" version are not going to tell the truth. They will keep telling us what they have been saying all along regardless of how many questions they are asked. If you don't understand that, then I can't help you. It's like someone thinking that if they ask Hillary Clinton the "hardhitting" questions about Benghazi she will tell them the truth. It does not work that way in real life. It's too bad you are too sheltered in the ways of the world to understand that.


You can chose to believe a story with holes so large that you can drive a truck through it, if you want. I choose not to. Is that what has you so butthurt? That not everyone is buying this story? Instead of throwing the gauntlet down for others on the board to ask Art a question, why don't you ask Art why he isn't taking DP up on his offer of FREE private investigators? I sure as shit know that if I had a stalker, I would be the squeaky wheel with the cops and would have hired LE types to get this problem resolved already. Any free help to catch a criminal would be welcomed by me. Let me just say this, there are "other" versions of events that make more sense, but I won't repeat what is making the rounds. Put me in a situation where somebody is shooting at my family and I guarantee you that "civil and criminal liability" doesn't mean jack shit at that point.  Also given the fact that Art lives in the middle of nowhere I wouldn't expect a lot of children to randomly come along and trespass on his property.

It's also worth noting that I live in Texas.  You jump my fence line and you will be legally killed if I feel threatened.

My opinion of this whole Stalker thing is that it was designed to scare me (which it did). If somebody had wanted to kill me, I would be dead. No question, when somebody comes to the dead end street directly in from of my Studio house and fired off several high powered Rifle rounds with no holes in the house, it's a scare tactic.

Then a guy is outside my house, then a shot is fired as I get to my gate. Both long stories but again designed (I think) to scare me.

What I could not be sure of and still am not, is would this proceed to something more deadly if I let it play out. The real stopper was Airyn and Asia. Perhaps some of you would have told your Wife no, not me. So as I said in a earlier post if that makes me a pussy, so be it.
