Art doesn't like video but the truth is, most of the broadcasters are streaming video because live streaming is cheap. If he did that it could bring a new dimension to the show, and a bring in a younger crowd. He could interview people on Skype easily with a split screen. If he wants to keep this thing alive...he should change to video. I know I am pretty old and judging from the genre and remarks of a lot of y'all ... I'm thinking us geezers are only going to live so long.

I take that as meaning not his fans for that would not be a shock for some but for a hell of a lot of people. My guess is that he made a deal with Cumulus Radio and will be in a time slot going head to head with Coast. If you remember before he went to Sirius/XM Cumulus had made him an offer.

OK - logically thinking .. the Monday announcement is not "two weeks" since he said big news was coming and the next level and be a TT. So -- what if Art is taking tonight off because Airyn told him she is pregnant again and they wanted to celebrate? That would be BIG news right?

And Leo's Mutual News deal is just his regular gig - and it's been growing quickly on its own.

In two weeks the deal could be - Cumulus has agreed to all of Art's original stipulations and will carry Art nationwide on its networks. But that could be a tie-in to Leo. Remember - Cumulus was courting Art before he and Keith decided to do it on their own. Maybe they saw the ratings from Portland?

But I have a suspicion that Monday's news will be Airyn has A Bell bun in the oven. That would be "shocking for some" right?

My new guess is that he's going to begin charging for the stream (hence his urging fans to subscribe to TT) in conjunction with a syndication agreement with one of the radio conglomerates (Cumulus?).
