George Carlin's list of words that would get a person arrested in the 1970s if used in public, are acceptable today.  And now there is a new list of unacceptable words that shouldn't be use in public.

Thank you to all for your kind words about the trailer.

I'm very proud of it because it is my first real attempt at using iMovie and it was all self taught and it only took me 4 hours to put this together. I'm lucky that my work has access to stock footage that I used as source material for the video. The true inspiration was the words coming from Art himself. Without them it is just a bunch of video of landscapes and starscapes set to some new agey music. Art's voice and his words make that trailer.

I was going through the stock footage that I have and have an idea for the next one.

I am willing to rest my case with this:

I agree that as a nation we have to toughen up some.  I agree that words are just words.  But I also know that bullying is causing kids to die unnecessarily, and it's more than mere words, this is not a simple issue that can be discussed as black or white, it's full of gray, it's very complicated.  I'm just asking for folks to have enough class to not denigrate, intentionally or otherwise.

I had a steady girlfriend who was black and walking into her neighborhood years ago I got assaulted by a gang of about 12 or 14 young adults who knew here, just because they didn't like a cracker dating "their girl".  For one thing, she's NOT their girl, and for another, even if I have ancestors that were crackers, I'm not one, I'd have helped fight slavery.

Seems a lot of misunderstandings come from people making polarization where it actually doesn't exist.  We're all brothters and sisters, and we gotta live the love.

I just stand up for those that cannot stand up for themselves.  Fault me for that if you like.  The fact that I've got so many LGBT pals speaks to my trying to do right by people.  I don't care about being the most hip or most popular, and if it means getting knocked around, so be it, I gotta listen to my heart.  I still think all of you are vaugely lovable anyways.

If you want to rest your case, I will not rebut, I will not answer, I will not challenge, it will, as you state, rest. 

I would like to say this to you, in the future, I will not have you censored, I will not have you unanswered, for it that were so, then we could have no discourse, civil or otherwise.  If you are willing to accept those words, unrelated to your case, I'd buy you a beer.

Ah yes, back in the days of callers taking water bong hits on air. I loved that, it was ground breaking radio back in the day.

Co2 rises are certainly a concern, you can only pump so much of an insulating gas into the atmosphere before something bad happens. However, I think Lockheed Martin just saved humanity's collective ass and we have a real chance of becoming a zero emission society within 30 years.

My company has a subscription to a service where people upload their "professional" videos, images, music etc for sale. I have no idea where the actual locations of some of those places are. I would assume that they are somewhere in the US but it could be anywhere.
