Rather than seek actual legal counsel on the Sirius/XM debacle, Art accepted it from a forum member with a Battlestar Galactica Babylon 5 (I guess?) avatar.

Art had already given up.  Someone whose resume and qualifications could be very easily verified offered pro bono help  to research whether or not Art had a legal basis to get out of his non-compete.  As Art himself later posted on this forum, his counsel determined that, yes, Art had a valid legal claim, but it would take time and money to pursue.  Art made hiw own decision to wait out the two years.  But, as sometimes happens on BellGab, we tend to eat our own.  The person who tried to help Art in that instance has been ridiculed more than a few times. 

As was said earlier, we're all assholes on this forum.  I'm glad Art seems to like us anyway.

Why would I, or anybody really, commit to paying anything, to a guy who has literally cancelled (or so, announced that it was in serious jeopardy) this new show monthly, leading up to it's launch.

Seriously.  Get a professional producer.  Get a PR agent.   Have a filter.  Not every little drama and hiccup needs to be made public.

Again, why would I commit any money at all to such an unreliable producer of content?

Because it's Art f'ing Bell, that's why.  Besides, the live show is free....no money commitment with that. I will willingly pay a whole year in advance (only $5/ month or  $60/ year) for the podcasts & even if MiTD only lasts one week, I would consider it money well spent.

Mixed emotions. I'm stoked that the show is no longer in jeopardy but I also feel like Keith is a detriment to the project when he's in a position of actually speaking to other human beings. Maybe it's time to grow your "lean, mean" team just a bit, Art. It's quite clear Keith can't handle everything you've given him to do (e.g. anything other than uploading images to a website).

At this point it's the persistent jeopardy of not being a show that's keeping this show going. It kinda seems like it'd be far easier to just be a show though?

Art, I have a simple suggestion. When you approach some drama, let it sink in for about 48 hours before going public with it. This is getting a bit embarrassing.

Ha, I should have said "no longer in immediate jeopardy" in my previous post. Keith has been fired, then quit, the still unnamed "big player" fell through, and Noory walks on water while Bellgabbers take great offense.
