Freelance web development is more often than not a sad hustle broadly populated by people who browse the web all day and think that makes them professionals. Having a solid portfolio and not losing your shit when people question your high ethics and abilities would make the resume a bit more persuasive.

In totality, Art Bell wrote this to his fans and followers,

    The Dark Matter Network was established as a Forum to showcase new Talent and as a place where after my two Year Non-compete was done (In July next Year) that I could begin streaming live, it was run by Keith Rowland and of course a alternative to Coast. In the last few days I began getting email’s from many of you who could not believe that one of the Talk Host’s on DM was invited to do a Guest Host gig on Coast. This was done I am sure to irritate me which it did, however the straw that broke the camels back was that Keith did not have the courtesy to call me. When I called him, his response was “don’t worry he will stay on DM and Coast”. At that point I decided to pull my Web Page and asked Keith to remove my name from the site. This is not about Jimmy Church, I wish him all the luck in the World, this is about trust in relationships.

    Where this leaves me in terms of where I can stream a show now is a open question. What I do know is I have to be able to trust the people I work with.

Here's the thing, they can always kiss and makeup and move forward but if Keith is doing things that takes trust away from Art...it's not a good relationship, business, friendship or otherwise.  Like I said before, we are a huge community, even bigger on Art's Facebook (hell I only found out about bellgab FROM his facebook).  You can't tell me Keith Rowland is the only person in the world that can set up a streaming site for Art and handle the little business shop talk here and there.  Again, I'm not saying that it's so easy we can guarantee a June start-date, that would more than likely be pushed back (but hell I think we can all be a little more patient) but it can be done.


BTW....I've searched the Noory posts...and it reeks of Troll.

Seriously, he needs to hire someone or three. If the show starts to turn a profit it will pay for itself. He should get his attorney to find him someone reputable or have Bateman find him someone as he know people in the industry.

I think he was sort of a owner "investor". Like if the show started making a profit he would get a percentage. I know he was going to take all the proceeds from artbell.com during Dark Matter. So I assume a similar plan was in place.

One of my best friend's is the lead singer in a rockabilly band called Cherry Lee & the Hot Rod Hounds. My tattoo guy is in the Loveless, which is psychobilly. You are probably someone I already know. LMAO. Anyway if I could I would go to Dayton montly, but I go a few times a year. I pondered moving but the job market as you stated ain't great.

Yes I know, I've been reading Bellgab off and on since about 2012 and I was glued to here back when Dark Matter was getting ready to launch.  I remember the clues on Art's website, can't remember exactly how that went but it was loads of fun and I was mesmerized when Noory started posting back then too, couldn't believe the nerve of the guy.  I meant that one post in an ironic way but if it came across as prudish or something well have a look at my recent posts and you'll see I love to have fun here.  Peace brother, oh and GNS.
