Just clicked on that ad for that show, married at first sight, was being displayed and someone whom I like a lot says it's really good but it linked me to the A&E app so I'm happy about that.

The personalized ads I "see" on Bellgab are from websites that I previously "visited"

I assume that Bellgab is linked to a service that tracks an individual's web browsing and then uses that information to generate personalized ads.

For Example; I google search for Ethan Allen furniture, go to their website and then for the next few days there will be Ethan Allen ads on Bellgab. These Ethan Allen ads are both generic and very specific, they'll show a piece of furniture we clicked on and show it's now on sale. 

I see other ads too, these are mostly from large companies that sell stuff that everyone uses, like insurance and cell phones etc.

This whole forum is a tease for anyone who is not in the "club"...I used to have fun coming on here and seeing what the latest speculation on Art's return was and sharing in the anticipation with everyone else...now it's just kind of a bummer because certain folks have been given privileged info...and that's cool...but it kind of kills the vibe of the board for anyone outside the "circle of trust" especially when the main topic of discussion can't actually be talked about.

Certainly not a way to motivate people to "on command" participate in a social campaign or to keep visiting the forum...now someone is going to call me a "davebot" or "jorch"....whatever. Just to be clear I think a lot of you guys really deserve to be insiders for the man power and hours you put into promoting Art on the grass roots level. Mv, Jaz, Bateman...but...I'm probably going to be lurking less from now on and until the show kicks off...it just bugs me waaaaay too much....as an adult... to NOT be in the KNOW on Art Bell news....Lol.  Buncha teases! All of you! Lol.

I think you are probably spot on about this, actually.  No need to create hard feelings over a minor thing.  All Art Bell fans should be on the same page and united for Art and his new show...instead of making some feel to be on the outside...even though it's not true.  Perception becomes reality.
