I won't say Noory is better but your other points are on the mark.  Some of his topics were really stupid and his jokes were usually very cheesy.

That was a frightening story.  All my trees are doing fine though. I live in the Atlanta suburbs and while ozone is a bit of a problem,  I don't see it affecting the greenery. Let me add that our pollution is a drop in the bucket compared to the pollution problem L. A. had in the 70's.  You can't really see the pollution like you could back then but it is there nonetheless. 

I'd like to see some solid science testing this ozone theory though.  That said, pollution needs to be minimized anyway.  I don't want to breathe that stuff.  This current drought that we are experiencing is having a devastating effect on greenery though. Meteorologists are calling for rain finally next week after 3 months of dry weather.  We desperately need it to get the fires under control.  We've never really had a fire problem in GA before that I can remember but we have several fires burning acreage now.

I had a friend at work who retired to Jacksonville, Fla.  She bought a newly built house.  She had scoped the neighborhood, day and night, weekdays and weekends, just to be sure things were safe.  During her first year there she was shocked at 'fire season'.  It seems as though people are told to leave their houses and migrate to safer areas because at a certain time each year fires ignite in the area.  All along the cavalcade of cars on the highway there are motels that triple their prices for these migrants.

Often, one part of the country isn't really aware of what's happening in other parts.  Sorry that you're going through that.  It must be very disconcerting.

I'm surprised that doesn't happen more frequently, there are some really gullible people who believe the silliness guys like Quayle and Jones say.  Back in the 90s a local station had a real wackjob who did a Sunday night show, he harped on Y2K, UN troops, and FEMA death camps for months.  Early in Dec 99, he took a call from a guy in a rural farming community who said he and his wife had decided they were going to kill their two small children, then take their own lives on New Year's Eve rather than face foreign invaders and slow, lingering death in a camp.  The host damn near shit himself, he pleaded with the guy to reconsider and to call him off the air after the show.  The good news is there were no multiple murders/suicides in that town on New Year's Eve, but shortly there after the host was fired.

Um so back in the 50's there was some kind of war between a dozen alien species, involving a series of aerial battles fought in the skies over Greenland.  LMH never disappoints.

As I was listening to LMH's interview with the son of a former USAF member who claimed he was part of an alien body recovery team, I wrote down several questions/comment:

1) The son said his father was told he'd be executed if he revealed anything about his duties with the aliens.  So what did his father do?  He told his wife and two sons all about his work, including LMH's interviewee when he was 5-6 years old at the time.  Kids that age are not known for their tendency to keep secrets.  So the dad was not only putting his own life in jeopardy, but maybe even those of his family as well if the threat was real.  The guy's an idiot.

2)  I wish LMH would have asked the son what his father's rank and Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) was at the time he was collecting alien bodies.  Any job in a medical, biomedical, HAZMAT, mortuary affairs or any seemingly applicable career field would add credence to the story.  If Dad was an admin clerk (or "Titless WAAF" as a former boss of mine called them) or an aircraft maintainer, then his story would make little sense.  That information is on the DD214, and since LMH has a copy of the dad's 214, it can be had.

3) As Pud pointed out, it seems very convenient the warring alien races were killing each other in remote areas like Greenland and the Aleutian Islands, as opposed to Cleveland or Bangkok.  Was that luck of the draw or were the aliens just being considerate in an effort to cut down on collateral damage?

4) The son went to great lengths early in the interview to explain the high degree of compartmentalization among the various teams in the UFO/alien recovery efforts.  When asked about living aliens, the son said his dad was never permitted to get near them.  Later in the interview he claimed his dad expressed extreme distrust for one particular species.  When LMH asked what that was based on, he said it was his dad's observations of and working around that race.  Don't understand why Linda didn't call him on that direct conflict in his story.

5) The most interesting thing the son said involved battle damaged craft landing at Thule.  Apparently we provided supplies and equipment (and manpower?) to help repair the damaged craft of the species we supported.  Who'd have thought the aliens would benefit from the equivilant of DoD federal stock listed equipment circa 1952 in repairing interstellar craft?  Those requisition forms must have been doozies.

I'd like to see Linda and others of her ilk talk to people with background in such things to help put together vetting interview questions.  Getting a DD214 is a good start, but having an institutional understanding of the methods/processes/operational details of a particular military service could help make or break some of these stories.  OF course in this guy's case, all he'd have to do is claim his Dad never told him specific details or he forgot them to cover for some discrepancies.  He did that a couple times with LHM anyway.
