Can Noory pronounce anything correctly?

Okay so I participated in the small experiment 2nd half guest Vincent conducted at the beginning of the show and, I am telling you it worked. Not so subtly either! I was pulled forward so strongly and immediately I thought I would fall. Then after what seemed to be an eternity, I was gently but quite obviously pushed back. I was then pulled forward again (more gently this time but still quite noticeably) then gently pushed back again (not as strongly as the first time), then it was done. Joke and laugh all you like but I swear this happened. The guest came back on the line and he described what he did and it was exactly what I felt and in the same order. My family member experienced the same thing in a separate room (we both also closed out eyes during the experiment), but Noory reported he felt no pulling or pushing, just a tingling in his palms. Oh, Jorch.

EDIT: The guest was Phil Kava, not Vincent Genna. Vincent Genna is a buffoon.

I thought the most depressing moment came earlier, when she said people in their 70's who haven't saved enough should "learn how to garden".
I tuned in just in time to hear that.  The radio went off immediately.  What was I thinking?  The worst part is that in years of appearances with Noory, it's probably the best piece of financial advice that boring windbag has ever gave.

NoMoreNoory

The body of a climber, frozen for 30 years, has been found on Mount Blank according to Joorch. Would that be anywhere near Mont Blanc?

I find the coincidence peculiar. Perhaps it is my imagination... however... I posted this:

Mighty broadcasters worldwide nightly,
earn enough to speak rightly,
coaching daily, reduces fail'ee

Within a couple day's he talked about his daughter the (in school?) speech pathologist having him as her first patient. His news read tonite was better than the norm.
If he does take the time to train his articulation to a higher level, half the jokes in this thread will fall flat. For the good of the listeners (as we are all captive in a sense) I hope he does try to "raise his oratory abilities to the stature of his position."
There is still everything else, but I would applaud this fundamental effort at competency, we deserve it.

Update: 10:45 pm. "Pro-poat-ing" practice makes perfect George... stick with it... repetition is the mother of skill.

No matter how well he can learn to speak, because he ignored me for about a decade for no discernable reason... I think he is a direct psy-ops government insertion. A mouthpiece to serve the "status quo" agenda, the tounge that serves an unknown master. I'd just rather be able to understand the propaganda. I hope for the sake of America I'm wrong, and I could be.
Time will tell.

I know it makes me a bad person... but I kind of hope he puts a little less effort into articulation.  I kind of hope he start slurring his words and mumbles a little more for the exact reason that you mention... Should he actually put in the effort it is possible that half the jokes on the thread would fall flat.  I kind of like the humour found in posts discussing mumble-gums and his famous 3X5's.

Heck, if I think of it as comedy... I'm in agreement. I just miss the spontaneity that Art's (pre-georgification) format kept on the rails. I'm not sure how many Georges equal a Hilly Rose... or vice versa. All I know (in spite of our "estrangement") is the whole lot of replacement host's does not come close to the value of an Art Bell... with or without superglued lips.
:)

ps. The "fire them all poll" check all answers that apply.

Knapp is good.

The thing is no one can replace him. Host that try to "run his formula" suck. Knapp makes the show his own and runs it like a investigative journalist.

Interesting punnet said on his podcast premier wanted to hire a more traditional radio host went art left.

I'll bet Frosty Wooldridge was really surprised with George's "frosty the snowman" joke last night. I'm sure he has never heard that said to him before. However, I agree with him on the immigration issue, legal and illegal, and that Congress/President have no desire to stop it or even curtail it.

My internet connection was out for a few days, so I was forced to listen to sNoory.  His flirting interruptions of Catherine Austin Fitts were ridiculous.  I thought he had an orgasm at about the two minute mark. Too bad he didn't then go to sleep.
I wondered what that was!  I use Snoory for sleep; I was wakened by him dogging Ms Fitts about reversed mortgages. Now I get it: he was literally dogging her. Ugh.

Btw. There are no cue cards. Tommy feeds him the questions verbally through the headset. Did you ever hear a guest ask who that voice was?

nextgen.fm

I think he wishes he had a daytime show sometimes...

He always sounds TIREd

I liked Art more, he was always upbeat and snappy

probably from all the cigarettes and coffee he drank

robert golka isn't taking any of snorges bullshit tonight!
i knew after he  answered gn's  "hau r yewww" it was gonna be on
the man definitely knows how to deal with a narcissist
just like someone already mentioned here the other day, alot of guests arent putting up with it, i think they been reading bellgab

zeebo

Sounded like he said "Tell me about the Telsa project."  And guest, after awkward pause ... "Uh the Tesla project is ..."

GEORGE.......SHUT UP.

Noory has a unique way of screwing up a guest's telling of a story through his interruptions and interjections - usually at the exact point a guest is about to tell a critical piece of information to a story. That's why I actually enjoy the Linda Howe programs because you hardly ever hear George.

Tonight's show took an interesting topic and steered it in the most boring way.

The book was just published, by W.W. Norton.  Tonight  must be one of the author's first major interviews about Flight 232.  What would have been a riveting interview, if conducted by a competent and engaged host, is being demolished by Noory's famous ineptitude, lack of preparation and clumsiness.  George Knapp or Dave Schrader would have done an excellent job with this guest.

What a compelling interview potential.. Until mumble nuts interviews..

His best line as the guest was talking about how the survivors of the 1989 plane crash were emotionally affected: 'this gets emotional, jeezsch!'

Another gem: 'were they slow deaths or fast?'

Followed by 'aaaugh'

You are so correct.  Linda knows how to shut Noory up, and I love it.

Yes,George the Ghoul couldn`t contain himself. He loved thinking about the mother that had her child on her lap torn away during the crash : "She`ll have to live with that the rest of her life!".  I think if he really enjoys a particular piece of someone else`s tragedy is when he breaks out the "aaaugh".  What an a-hole.
