Can Noory pronounce anything correctly?

Glad I'm not listening.  SyFy is doing it's Twilight Zone marathon so I'm watching it.  Even though I've seen most of the episodes numerous times, an over half-century classic in black and white is still much better than The Nooron.   I even watched "To Serve Man" earlier, just for Jorch.  ;)

An old Twilight Zone marathon?  Something tells me you're not the only one watching it rather than paying attention to the Coast broadcast (hint:  George thinks he can multitask).

Jorch can't even unitask, let alone multitask.  I wouldn't be surprised if he's checking it out while Tommy tries to keep him on track.  It's on throughout the night so Jorch may be more distracted than usual.

Uh oh... there's a Billy Mumy episode at 2:30 CST so expect Jorch to go to a replay and bail-out early.  It's the one about the phone call from the dead grandmother to little Billy.  I'm sure Jorch won't want to miss that one.

Sad thing is P*B I can't watch that episode anymore without thinking of The Nooron.  I do fantasize, though, about Jorch being on that spaceship, heading out to become part of the alien menu.  ;)

I like how the reporter stated all but one of the people injured in a firework display were spectators, also stated about 12 spectators were injured. Noory then asks were spectators injured?

Clearly he is watching twighlight zone marathon too.

I can't stomach Noory going anywhere near anyone's actual stomach, alien or otherwise.

hey maybe jorch meant to say "were any child spectators injured?". we know how he loves to hear of injured children.

Too bad We can't get Billy to send George to the Cornfield.

Tonight I heard George unsuccessfully try and finish the guests sentence for him:

Guest: So, John Kerry was a useful...

Snoory: Fool.

Guest: Idiot.

Also George has an amazing inability to sum up his thoughts on whatever it is they were just discussing and form  logical coherent sentences going into the break. It's just a bunch of jumbled words and poorly used cliched phrases.

Something Tommy made?  ???

Here Jorchie I gave yew sum eyesh

Howard Bloom was on to talk about Eqypt.  He talked for about two minutes, when George interrupted and tried to make the show about Obama.  Of course, just as Howard would get to the point, George would interrupt with another question.  It may have been the worst interview of a potentially good guest I've ever heard.
George Noory sucks.

And taking calls when Bloom has only an hour is an insult to him and his ability to pontificate endlessly. Then George hypes his interview with David Kupelian and Ronald Rychlak, on the subject of disinformation, as something we'll remember "forever."  George couldn't do an interview we'll remember tomorrow, let alone next week and beyond.  And why does Mr. Seven Hour Show Prep have to be gently told that the primary author of the spotlighted book (Disinformation by ex Soviet General Ion Mihai Pacepa) is not in attendance because he's hiding for his safety?  Ultimately, George spent the night being reminded as to the distinct meaning of disinformation, and I don't think he ever caught on.  Caller of the week is now a toss up between "crop circle boy" of a few days ago, and "Terrell the drunk hillbilly" who called in tonight.  God bless him, and the United States of America.

What is this nonsense?

Chuck must have been feeling benevolent and just plucked Jorch's eyeballs out of his head.

The many sides of George Noory

There are just so many good images of him to choose from.

Freaking Noory. I still think its pathetic he had to confirm from the reporter last night that spectators were injured, by asking a bone headed question. The reporter had literally just spent 3 to 5 minutes stating spectators were injured.
Noory doesn't even listen to the people in his show.
I'm shocked he didn't try to blame the government or a mysterious portal for causing the accident.

While I'm no fan of the government, did noory really have to spend not one but two 4th of July shows bashing America?? Can't he limit that to 363 shows out of the year?

There's something about that last image that's always bothered me...

We're known by the company we keep.  To me, George is just a less shrill version of his friend and colleague Alex Jones.  To me, the man's views on most things are just plain toxic - and not the slightest bit entertaining.  Thankfully, I've found a radio station that runs Phil Hendrie from 1:00 am to 6:00 am Eastern time.  I'll take Phil and his cast of characters over George Noory and his group of hucksters, lunatics and anti-government conspiracy mongers any time.

Phil's parody of Art Bell a few years ago was a classic.  I would love to hear him do one of George Noory interviewing Alex Jones, Hoagie and a few of the other Coast looney toons.

Last night's "of course" tally was so off the charts that I had to subject myself to some research. Using the Youtube upload of yesterday's show, which conveniently excises the ads and music, I clocked the actual amount of speaking time Jorchie put in, plus (of course) how often he uttered his favorite filler phrase.

Minus the ads and bumper music, a 4-hour C2C averages about 2.5 hours. Jorchie's total vocal contribution to last night's show was 33 mins, a good portion being intros & outros, promos, guest re-introductions and facilitating callers. I'll bet when LMH is on, he registers barely 15 mins of airtime.

Oh, and he managed to squeeze in "of course" 27 times, almost one per minute. The man has problems.  :o

And he sucks.

It's as I've always suspected.  George Noory is a corporate drone.

I'm pretty impressed.  I've never had the patience to take those tallies.

Ha that is funny.

He tries to raise his left brow in any pictures he can now to fit his new, liposuctioned/tanned/new toupee/plastic surgery beyond belief persona. I imagine he got it from watching his idol Rod Sterling.

The Nooron was doing an advert for TryAncestry.com last night, and he repeated the name of the site several times and then said, "I'll even spell it for you."  He didn't get very far.  He said, "T-r-y...ancestry.com.  He managed to spell try and then realized he couldn't spell ancestry.  What a dummkopf.  ::)
