Tuned in for the news, but got caught up listening to the Libertarian guest.  I gotta say, for all the non-stop avalanche of daily political coverage, it's amazing how rarely you hear anything besides Party A vs. Party B.  Ok I confess I'm sympathetic, but my point is, it's just friggin refreshing to hear some other ideas, any other ideas.

Victorian heart really doesn't need that much seasoning. Simply using a modest use of salt and pepper will do.

Some recipes do go more elaborate. One popular recipe involved seasoning Victorian heart with rosemary, then cooking it in chicken broth. The more adventerous lot, inspired by the myriad spices arriving daily from all parts of the British Empire, served Victorian heart with a curry sauce, or with cayenne or even chili peppers.

Interesting... So, they are looking at a maximum payday of around $50 000 minus expenses.  Hall rental, guest appearances, hotels, flights, meals, Noories back up band...  I'm not saying it is not worth it- but it does not seem like a massive payday even if you factor in the CD sales for "Geroge sings Elvis" and "Jorch's top 100 hits."

Don't forget Pay-Per-Poo revenue (if they did it once they'll probably do it again), and at the big show the expected tables of merchandise loaded with "our partners" health products, C2C Insider subscription pushers, and guest book sales. It all adds up.
