Heard the news today.  Thankfully San Francisco's bid lost

    I'm located in the belly of the beast, within walking distance of Boston Garden and the various proposed stadia on the waterfront that Bob Kraft and Red Sox ownership wants others to pay for. There's NO WAY, this already crammed, overcongested city could ever handle anything that size. Our yuppie mayor wants it desperately for his developer overlords.

     In 2004, when the Cardinals played the Sox in the WS, the city's hotels were so overbooked, that the Cardinals were sent off to a hotel roughly 10 miles south of Boston...which takes 90 minutes to get to Fenway during rush hour-which is basically 2pm-8pm). The Baltimore Ravens will be staying in...Providence...not Boston for the game this weekend.

Rogen is a perpetual disappointment unless he's just a minor supporting character.  He was fine in "Superbad" and well cast as a world class dickhead in "Donnie Darko".  But that "Green Hornet" movie was awful.  As was "Pineapple Express".
