Affidavit in upcoming Trump rape case released

The case has some unknowns at the moment, but an independent eyewitness signed an affidavit, and it is going to trial (for violently raping a 13-year-old girl). Regardless, if the trial places Trump on Epstein's "Pedophile Island" it's very bad news for him.

He has the fraud trial right before that one.

So, we're supposed to trust a scumbag who admits she "rounded up" adolescents to be sexually abused by rich men?! Don't be too surprised when this gets thrown out.

You trust all sorts of scumbags on everything that is Anti-Hillary Clinton.  I could be wrong, but I think this has already progressed passed the stage where it can be simply tossed out.

I think the reason why the news hardly covers Epstein (the Trump rape case is questionable, anybody can file a lawsuit or sign an affidavit) is because so many "connected" people knew Epstein, including royalty, billionaires, prominent lawyers, etc. Before he cut his sweet-heart deal I recall some articles claiming he had hidden cameras on "orgy island." One has to wonder if that is the reason some private school teacher, somehow, became a billionaire and financial advisor to rich people. His phone alone had 21 different contacts for Bill Clinton and Clinton is listed several times on the "Lolita Express" flight logs.

Out of curiosity (not for you) how much does CTR pay? Hourly or by post or number of words? Is it legal to hire foreigners in a campaign (likely so I would imagine?)

Well, if one economist says it, it must be destiny.

It's a possibility.  Only a masochist would hope for a recession, hopefully it doesn't happen.

1.Then do you also agree that Americans (all or just those in your local area) should have got to vote on your marriage?

2.Show me where the Constitution says that the only rights protected by the due process and equal protection clauses are 'fundamental' rights or were rights that were only enumerated at the time.

It is really no business of the government to decide who or what can get married.  Frankly I don't think government should be in the marriage business at all. Leave that to the religions which is what we did for centuries.  Ideally, there should be no votes at all about marriage one way or the other.   It would perhaps have been best for the states to make no laws regarding marriage at all but I can understand why they do to prevent polygamy and such.

I concur with Roberts. As it is not a fundamental right, I don't think it is an equal protection issue. Show me in the Constitution where it is listed as a right. I don't recognize that argument.

My simple argument is that when issues like this rise up, I think they should be decided by the citizens and not the courts.  Thus my preference for leaving it up to legislators rather than courts.  A court should only be a last resort.

Our society is evolving.  For centuries, heterosexual marriage was considered the norm and I think it is a good thing to recognize gay marriage.  There are growing pains.  Maybe states should not have made laws preventing gay marriage but it is certainly understandable why they did it.  Religion and such inform our culture.  People feel threatened by anything different.  We'll get over it though.

We all decide which opinions are valid and invalid.  They are opinions in and of themselves.

Fine, but that's not the situation as it is.  Since marriage is a matter of public policy and confers both rights and responsibilities, the Constitution makes it clear through the Equal Protection Clause and the Due Process Clause that any government needs a valid reason to withhold those rights (and responsibilities) from some people but not from other people. There is no mention in the Constitution that some rights are 'fundamental' but others aren't.  Your claim that because marriage wasn't initially listed as a right, fundamental or otherwise, is not backed up by anything in the Constitution.

Albrecht, I'd be disappointed in you for joining into this Correct the Record nonsense.  But, in your case I know you're such a believer of loony conspiracy theories you probably do think I'm working for them.

On CTR's website, they list the top social media sites where they were going to correct the record on some specific subjects, but said they always disclose up-front that they are representing the PAC. Is that true? Who knows. But while I'm sure they're heavily invested in what's going on at Bellgab, the scope at which Trump fans think the PAC operates on the internet has become an insane urban myth. It's also an easy way of dismissing any information they'd rather not accept.

But that isn't what he said. He said he would deport 2 million in the first hour. A pledge to his adoring throng of white low educated fans, who naturally cheered because they believed him. Basic arithmetic shows its impossible, but he said it anyway.

You do realize under President Obama, deportations increased dramatically?  I believe over 3,000,000 illegal immigrants have been deported, the most under any President.

The Constitution is silent on the issue of marriage.  How come gay marriage is ok today but was not 100 years ago?  Was it a right then?  Why were there no cases back then if it was wrong to deny gays marriage?  Surely a gay couple in let's say Boston could have brought up a suit back then.  How many cases regarding what marriage is have been brought up before the last 20 years? No, your argument doesn't wash with me.  Marriage is not a constitutional issue, IMHO.

But I thought he had personally set up sanctuary cities for all of them, from which they're constantly escaping and raping white women.

I watch their ebb and flow on Reddit and Twitter. Don't really scroll through comments on Facebook. From what I have seen, they have been getting slaughtered on Reddit and reverse-trolled on Twitter.

If $6 million was spent this cycle, I imagine $60 million will be spent next cycle.

Big waste of money from my perspective. But from David Brock's perspective it has been a windfall.

Actually, like with most crimes, while they are raping and killing "white women," and according to the government Hispanics can identify as "white," most of the rapes and killings by Obama's illegals, at least here, are often on fellow Hispanic girls and women (and boys.)

Did those deportations occur at 33000 per minute in Obama's first hour in office? Trump has promised such a throughput.

And your point is what?  Of all my posts, this the one you choose to challenge?  That says a lot.

Maybe it is not CTR. Maybe it is just that Trump's autists are better than Clinton's autists.

Even Bloomberg's news, a billionaire internationalist against Trump, not just the FBI and the NYTimes (anti-Trump paper) has debunked the desperate attempts by Clinton and her minions and internet-posters about the Trump servers and Russia.

It is funny to see her and her supporters, sometimes literally supporters when she keeps over from too much booze or her health condition, struggle and squirm and try to come up with any crack-pot theory to take attention away from all her scandals.

From what I could tell, this server was run by a third party called Cendyne putting out "spam" emails for the resorts. Some email systems are set up to ping back to the originater to make sure that the domain name of the sender matches up with the ip address of the domain name in the DNS. If it does, then it is allowed through. If it doesn't the "spam" is simply tossed into the bit bucket.

Without having access to the actual logs, I cannot verify if my assumptions are correct.

I don't think I am going to believe a single thing in the news for the next week.

We got baseball, hockey, and football although even there you get politics, political correctness, and social molding (though sometimes funny like "Hillary For Prison" banners.)

Hillary, and her media, is going to be throwing out all kinds of things. Anything, regardless of truth or even possibility out there. I think, maybe, there is some hope that some news organizations might start questioning her more as more scandals erupt but if Trump wins (or even if he doesn't and there is proof and indictments or pleas) of Hillary etc crimes and collusion with the media they will lose even more viewers, advertisers, and money than they are currently.
