No articles that I can find mention where the jury pool comes from? I'm assuming District 4? But that seems a bit questionable in that why should only that region be represented? Why not taken from the general legally available jurors from the entire US?
ps: It also would be a good time for the people on the Grand Jury to go "run away" and issue subpoenas and testimony from Billary, lobbyists, and other politicians in the cess pool. GJs don't have to stick with whatever the prosecutor wants but can investigate things as they wish.
