That is wrong. They said no career prosecutor would take the case.

Since the FBI typically does not comment on ongoing investigations we have no idea what the status is of investigations into the Clinton Foundation. But there have been several reports that these are ongoing. Including the IRS.

According to Yates yesterday, the WH was told by them and Obama in november, that Flynn was a security risk. He was seen as such a risk by the transitional staff on the Obama side, that they held back on certain info until an hour before it was neeed before handing it to the WH, because of fears it would go straight to Russia. She told the WH counsel twice in two days, but they chose to ignore her, and fired her instead. Flynn went over two weeks later, even though he was deemed a big risk. Still, he's said he has a story to tell, as !ong as he gets immunity that he's said implies guilt when applied to others.

Don't obfuscate. She was fired for her actions concerning the travel ban EO. It had nothing to do with her warnings about Flynn.

Yes, that was just a coincidence, silly Pud.

Just like the timing of Chaffetz's sudden resignation.

This explains why it took 2 1/2 weeks to fire Flynn. Even now, Trump can't see a problem with his lying and being compromised, wishes Flynn was still there.

Why do you post this obviously bogus shit from "Rogue POTUS Staff?"   Anyone able to produce an EEG reading above that of a egg plant would recognize from it's name alone that it is a leftist propaganda mill that is not to be believed.  Oh, I forgot.  You're a troll/shill.  Never mind.

P.S.  Did you people ever get your back pay from Soros?

Dr. MD MD

Comey's stepping down.  :)

Actually, I just heard Trump dismissed him and he accepted that.

Dr. MD MD

The house cleaning has begun. Can you hear the swamp draining?  :D

Didn't  Nixon fire an AG, debuty AG and special  prosecuter and things turned out fine for him.

It was the AG who recommended that Trump fire Comey, you moron.  ::)

Shouldn't you be shilling some phony poll results or something?  :D

White House press secretary Sean Spicer said officials did not want to “jump the gun” on ousting Flynn based on information from Yates because she is a “political opponent” of President Trump.

“If we had just dismissed somebody because a political opponent of the president had made an utterance, you would argue that it was pretty irrational to act [in] that manner,” Spicer said. “We did what we were supposed to do.”

My comment:  There is something called "administrative due process" in the federal government which any prudent executive would be advised to exercise. (It's also an ethical business practice that is coverred in B school curricula.).  The Dems know this but won't acknowledge it.  Your ignorance of this reality is typical and expected of Dems and you haven't disappointed.

Yeah FBI is worse though.  I can't imagine he did so without tacit concurrence from top Ds.  Wait to see what they say.

He should have been fired before now according to the Clintons.  This may be one of the few things they got right.

Good, find someone who will convict Clinton and not just say they are 'careless' did illegal things but we can't prosecute them because they are the political elite. Democrats are gonna bitch and whine about everything trump does so at this point who cares, even though the Hillary blamed comey for her loss.

I think Kushner could handle the extra workload, and we would save money.

I wonder who is on the short list. I hope they don't waste Gowdy in this role.

The Dems certainly  don't  have  any love lost for him. But to fire him,  the day after Yates testimony  and in the middle of an investigation, the perception  is not going to get better for Trump.

To confirm are they going to neec 60 or just 51.

Dr. MD MD

And the anti-Trumpers are apoplectic. They're in a panic and don't know what to do or say all of a sudden. I'm sure some bullshit will be forthcoming though...once they get their talking points From Hill and Barry.  ;D

The word on the street is that demands for Comey's ouster came from inside the Bureau.

Confidence was lost when everyone saw how easily they could be used politically. I'm sure Comey thought Hillary would win and none of this would come up again.  :D

I think it's 51 for everything now.

Schumer is saying this shows Trump is fear about the Russia investigation. ::) ::) The investigation that we know was dreamed up by the Clinton's and there hasn't been a shred of evidence for. Even if they found evidence, its still not illegal since, sorry john McCain, but we aren't at war with Russia. If money from the Saudi's is just fine and dandy I don't see why Russian hacking (which I don't believe it was but while just pretend here) should also be fair game.

The most ironic name would be Giuliani. Considering  there's  was a lot of talk of him leaking FBI information out, which I think was even confirmed a week ago.

There seems to be no way  this guy would be willing to go through  the confirmation  process. Rudy seems like somebody with way too many skeletons. Unless he just lies his way through it.

Rudy doesn't have 10 years left in him. That Southern District AG that was asked to resign would actually be a good choice. No way could a Democrat vote against his confirmation.
